Halle Berry has reached another achievement.

The Academy Award winning beauty has been named the "Sexiest Woman Alive" by legendary men's magazine, 'Esquire.'

"Well, I don't know exactly what it means but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I'll take it," Berry, who just gave birth to her first child earlier this year, wrote in article on the magazine's website.

For her cover spread, the 'Monster's Ball' actress poses in a parody of a 2000 cover photograph of former U.S. President Bill Clinton, which the magazine said was recreated in honor of its 75th anniversary celebration.

"Sexy is not about wearing sexy clothes or shaking your booty until you damn near get hip dysplasia; it's about knowing that sexiness is a state of mind -- a comfortable state of being," Berry said.
