MICHELLE WILLIAMS got pretty in pink for a worthy cause. She joined Cancer 4 a Cause campaign to help raise awareness about the disease. She is among a host of celebrities who feature in the campaign – which is designed to raise funds and awareness of the disease via the music industry.
