Courteney Cox and David Arquette Pack on PDA at 'Scream 4' Event

According to an onlooker at the West Hollywood event, Courteney and David were exchanging lovey-dovey glances and even had their arms around each other throughout the night.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the duo, who met on the original Scream set in 1996, were apparently very flirty between takes. Courteney said about David: "We're separated, we're working on ourselves and our relationship and sort of figuring out what we want. You know, life's complicated and people go through changes."
Wasn't it tough to star in a flick with her estranged husband? Courteney doesn't seem to think so.
"It was very easy, we really respect each other and we help each other. I mean, I respect his opinion so much that I'm always asking him, 'What do you think?' I think it's very easy to work with him," she said.
It definitely sounds like the love isn't lost for this unexpected pair. Courteney recently toldHarper's Bazaar if the marriage doesn't work out she will have "waves of pain about failing," and David told Oprah Winfrey "I love Courteney. I know that I will be with her for my whole life."
Guess this is why second chances exist.

"He has competed his treatment and has left," his said. And, a source adds that he's "in great spirits. He's feeling good and he's ready to move forward."
David decided to get help over New Year's weekend and checked himself into a rehab facility after partying hard to welcome in 2011.
Courteney Cox, the actor's estranged wife, said at the time he decided to enter a facility: "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life. I love and support him."
