Looks like Jennifer Aniston had two special dates to an MTV Movie Awards afterparty Sunday night: her Horrible Bosses costar – and her new beau.

The actress, 42, kept close company at the Soho House bash in West Hollywood with Jason Sudeikis, 35, and Justin Theroux, 39, whom she began dating in May.

The new couple also spent the weekend together in Los Angeles, grabbing dinner Thursday at Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood and mingling with Kristin Chenoweth, Rachel Zoe, Ryan Reynolds and David Spade.

She's apparently over living in Tinseltown, and is trading in her sprawling zen-themed "Ohana" (Hawaiian for "extended family") estate, that she designed herself, for a luxurious Manhattan penthouse. 

It'll be quite a downscale. Her 10,000 square foot Beverly Hills home boasts five bedrooms, seven and a half baths, a wet bar, a multimillion dollar gym, a staff room. Her new 1,200 square foot penthouse will have just one bedroom and bathroom. But this is NYC, where anything over 500 feet is lavish. Oh, and then there's the 800 square foot terrace with panoramic views of the city.

Alright, sold. Like, we're sold...not the house. She's recently said about the trans-continental move: "I've been looking and looking and looking. I grew up here (New York City). I miss it. There is nothing like being in the city that is just the city of Everyman. It's all walks of life - I love that!"

Four other stars will also get to try the directing thing for the same project, and three of them have been named: Alicia Keys, Demi Moore, and Monster's Patty Jenkins. The fourth gal has yet to be revealed.

Jen is definitely excited about the project -- both the new gig and the film's message. "Our hope with Project Five is to entertain, inform and inspire dialogue, research and prevention. Otherwise, our goals are small," she said in a statement (via Us magazine). "We want these films to move people and empower those affected by breast cancer to stand tall through this challenge, which impacts all of our lives, no matter who we are."

This is her second time in the director's chair: She worked behind the camera on 2006's Room 10, starring Robin Wright Penn and Kris Kristofferson.  "After you get enough movies under your belt you sit back and go, 'What's next?'" she said about the gig in a past interview. "It's getting to a time where creatively I want to turn in a different direction."

The actress showed off her new chin-length bob as she smiled with costars Adam Sandler and Brooklyn Decker at a photo call for their new movie, Just Go With It, but still wore her regular fashion staples (long necklaces, gold watch, slim tank top.)

Although her Friends character's hair was her ongoing claim to fame -- with many people asking stylists for "The Rachel" cut -- the actress never got that excited over the 'do.

"How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I've ever seen," Aniston told Allure. "What I really want to know is, how did that thing have legs?"

You can always count on your friends! Courteney Cox, who's currently separated from her husband David Arquette, reportedly spent Christmas Eve with her daughter Coco and their dear friend Jennifer Aniston.

Apparently Courteney and David spent some time together with their daughter as a family on Christmas, but don't have any immediate plans to get together, or divorce. 

Insiders say the couple have no immediate plans to divorce, though the odds of them getting back together aren't very high. The source added: "There was a moment when David thought they'd get back together but that doesn't seem like it will happen now and it's really tough on David."

New besties Jennifer Aniston and Chelsea Handler escaped the cold and headed down to Los Cabos, Mexico for their long Thanksgiving weekend. The gals hung out in bikinis and we're sure they had a blast, even if it wasn't exactly a traditional Turkey Day.

A source said: "Jen's a really private person, so everyone will want to know the real her. 

"Viewers would kill to see how she goes about her day-to-day life, what she really eats and get an insight into her love life. 

"Tony and Liz are renowned for their skill at making reality shows like The Hills and Jersey Shore. They've been desperate to work with her but weren't too sure what she'd say. Jen is giving it some thought though." 

According to the insider, the actress is giving the offer serious consideration, but she will only agree if the show gives off the image she wants to promote. 

The source added to Now magazine: "Let's face it, her career isn't going as well as many expected and anything Liz and Tony touch turns to gold. 

"It's just about coming up with the right show that doesn't make her look foolish."

Apparently Aniston will appear on the premiere of the second season of the series, which will air on September 22. 

Executive producer Bill Lawrence said, "She’s going to play Courteney’s shrink named Bonnie. Kind of a get-too-involved-in-her-life-type of therapist. Those guys are so close in real life they kind of do that for each other anyway. Bonnie has the life Jules wishes she has.”

Courteney and Jen are said to be excited about teaming up onscreen again, which they haven't done since Aniston guest starred on Dirt in 2007. Bosses at Cougar Town reportedly wanted to wait until the show was fully established before getting Aniston involved this time around. 

Lawrence added, "It took us a while to find the show, and once we did and once it was clicking, I think that not only did Courteney feel comfortable talking to Jen about doing it, but comfortable in how funny she thinks the show is and that Jen would like it and fit into this world really well."
