Mildred Patricia Baena (From MySpace.com)It's only been a couple of days since Arnold Schwarzenegger admitted to fathering a child with another woman while married to Maria Shriver. Now it appears the identity of that other woman has been revealed.

Mildred Patricia Baena worked as a housekeeper for the Schwarzenegger family for 20 years before receiving a severance package and retiring in January. Both RadarOnline.com and TMZ.com broke news on Wednesday morning that evidence pointed to her being the unidentified other woman Schwarzenegger was talking about in his public statement and apology.

Not only does Baena fit the time frame, but photos of her son bear a striking resemblance to the former governor, and unnamed sources close to her have told news outlets that he has provided for the child since he was born. While the boy's birth certificate includes Baena's then-husband as his father, TMZ.com has uncovered her 2008 divorce papers, which indicate that the couple has "no minor children" despite the boy being 10 at the time.

Evidence is still coming in that points to Baena being the mother of Schwarzenegger's love child, while an earlier rumor (that the other woman was a private stewardess) has lost steam. Reporters set up shop outside Baena's home on Wednesday, but the retired housekeeper has stayed out of sight.

Obviously Schwarzenegger has yet to comment on the identity of the child or the child's mother, but earlier this week he apologized for disappointing so many people.

"I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family," he said in a written statement. "There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."

"My mother, while she was transforming herself into the country legend Naomi Judd, created an origin myth for the Judds that did not match my reality," Ashley wrote in an excerpt published to RadarOnline. "She and my sister [singer Wynonna] have been quoted as saying that our family put the 'fun' in dysfunction. I wondered: Who, exactly, was having all the fun? What was I missing?"

Among Ashley's painful revelations: After her parents' divorce, Naomi invited a "full-blown heroin addict with a criminal record" into their home. She also suffered sexual abuse at the hands of a stranger.

"I was taught to believe that our lifestyle was normal and never to question it or complain, even when I was left alone for hours, sometimes days at a time, or when I was passed without warning to yet another relative," Ashley wrote.

LeBron James's mother, Gloria, was arrested early Thursday after an alleged altercation at the Fontainebleau Hotel on Miami Beach.

"There was an incident involving Mrs. Gloria James and an employee of our valet parking provider while she was exiting the hotel early Thursday morning," a spokesperson for Fontainebleau Miami Beach, said in a statement. (Lebron, meanwhile, had a game that night.)

According to a source on the scene, Gloria and some girlfriends came to party at club LIV at the Fontainebleau, where she was being "sweet as pie" during the the night out. When it came time to leave around 5 a.m., a security guard escorted her to the valet area to collect her car. The escort was not because she was behaving badly, the source says, but because it's a Fontainebleau policy to provide their VIP guests with an escort.

"When Gloria went to get in her car, she said she couldn't find her keys which she was told were in the car," the source tells DIDNTINVITEME "She got angry quickly and swung her bag at the valet person who brought the car."

But her aim was off, and Gloria missed the valet with her bag, the source says, so she slapped his face a minute later. That's when, the source says, the police were called, and Gloria was taken into custody early Thursday morning.

The Miami Beach Police Department processed James and charged her with simple battery and disorderly intoxication. The Miami Herald first reported that she would likely face a misdemeanor assault charge.

The Herald also says Gloria James has been in trouble with the law before, having faced a DUI charge in Ohio in 2006.

Gloria raised LeBron, 26, an NBA star, as a single mother. He sports a "Queen James" tattoo in her honor and has described her as a strong-willed woman who kept him humble in the wake of his super stardom.

"She doesn't hold her tongue," he told GQ last year. "If she sees something that she believes isn't right or is right, she's going to speak about it."

Wynonna and Naomi Judd have been at the top of the country charts but they've also been down a long and bumpy road worthy of a somber country song. And it tested their relationship.

But with the help of a counselor they've been seeing for five years, the five-time Grammy Award-winning mother-daughter duo – who star in the new documentary series The Judds, debuting on OWN April 10 – are stronger than ever.

"[Our therapist] said, 'It's a true miracle how far you've come, and that you all are doing as well as you have [been doing],' " Wynonna, 46, told DIDNTINVITEME Monday during a conference call promoting the show, which explores their life on tour again and performing together for the first time in ten years. "He said it's one of the top moments in his profession to see us come as far as we have."

In 2003, Wynonna was charged with DUI. In 2006, her sister Ashley went to rehab for emotional issues. In 2007, Wynonna's estranged husband D.R. Roach was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor. And last July, Wynonna and her daughter were involved in a head-on collision.

Naomi, 65, echoed her daughter, saying of their progress, "[Our counselor] said in 25 years of being a Ph.D. psychologist, he's never seen people who love each other as deeply and whose intentions are [so] pure."

The Judd matriarch, who calls the show "real" and unscripted, tells her daughter during the call, "We can agree to disagree ... I support who you are because I love you and I know your intentions are good."

As for Wynonna, "I have been in a healing recovery process since 2003," she said. "And of the most important and sacred things on my list of priorities was to heal my relationship with my mother."

Lil’ Mo took it to church to recount a near-death experience, baring her soul to the congregation. During an emotional speech, the R&B singer broke down in tears while recalling a life-changing situation where her body began to fail her, but she pulled through after calling on a higher power. After sharing her moving story, the “Superwoman” brought down the house with a new gospel tune.

Mo is currently in a religious state of mind, preparing to guest star as the church soloist in the Washington, D.C. production of “The Color Purple” at the National Theatre, taking place from April 12 to 24.

Jewel says that despite being "a little sore and banged up," she felt "safe" after getting hit by a fire truck.

Then she finally took a look at the photo.

"Geez – I didn't really see the accident I was in til the paper yesterday," the singer, 36, Tweeted Monday. "The fire truck def won."

The truck collided Friday with the unoccupied passenger side of her Cadillac SRX. Following tests at the hospital, the expectant mom's rep issued a statement saying that "she and the baby are doing fine."

Felicia "Snoop" Pearson, who played a diminutive yet fearsome drug dealer and assassin on HBO's The Wire, was arrested along with more than 30 other people Thursday morning in a sweeping drug raid in Baltimore.

Pearson, 30, was taken into custody at an apartment downtown on a state warrant, reports the Baltimore Sun.

The pre-dawn raids, conducted by city, state and federal law enforcement, reportedly targeted a large-scale heroin and marijuana operation.

Pearson, who had a troubled upbringing, had worked as a drug dealer in Baltimore long before being cast on The Wire in 2002. At age 14, she was convicted of second-degree murder and spent more than six years in prison.

Thursday's arrests were part of a five-month drug investigation, according to officials.

Ja Rule only has a few months left of freedom. The New York rapper is set to report to prison in June stemming from charges from a 2007 gun case.


A judge has marked June 8 as the first day of his two-year jail term, reports the AP. The sentence comes after the 35-year-old MC pleaded guilty in December to attempted weapon possession after police pulled him over for speeding following a concert at NYC’s Beacon Theatre. Upon inspection of the vehicle, they discovered a loaded gun in the car’s rear door, leading to his arrest.

Prior to his bid, the “Put It on Me” hitmaker will spend time completing his upcoming album The Renaissance Project, as well as handling tax issues.

Pete Wentz (Photo Agency)This once-cordial breakup might be taking a turn for the worst, and little boy Bronx is in the middle of it. On Tuesday, Pete Wentz filed papers to a Los Angeles court seeking joint primary and legal custody of his son with estranged wife Ashlee Simpson.

Ashlee can't be happy about this news. The singer, who married Wentz when she was 3 months pregnant in 2008, had asked for primary physical custody when she filed for divorce.

Long before the former couple announced their marriage troubles, friends had voiced concern about their quick jump into parenthood.

"Ashlee loves Bronx but jumped into marriage and having a baby too quickly," one source toldUs in 2009. "They feel they got trapped in a situation they were too young for."

Hopefully their cute boy will not become a source of too much family tension.

For former Dancing With the Stars contestant Aaron Carter, the road to restarting his music career has taken a detour – into a treatment facility.

Carter, 23, the brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, is taking time away from working on an album and a show in Florida "to heal some emotional and spiritual issues he was dealing with," his manager Johnny Wright says in a statement.

"He has chosen to enter a
 facility where he feels he will get the guidance and cleansing he needs," says Wright. "
Which in turn will help him on the music journey he's about to take."

The statement didn't further describe the facility or Carter's issues. But E! reports that Carter entered a Southern California center earlier this month for "addiction issues."

Carter was arrested in 2008 in Texas for investigation of marijuana possession, and in 2009 it was revealed he owed more $1 million in back taxes.

Wesley Snipes is behind bars today. The actor surrendered himself to the Federal Correctional Institution McKean in Pennsylvania today, where he'll be spending the next 3 years after being convicted of tax evasion charges more than 2 years ago.

Fellow spokesperson Ed Ross added: "He surrendered a short time ago and is now inside the facility. He'll go through an orientation process and will begin serving his sentence."

The three-year jail-term comes as a result of a conviction for failing to file tax returns form 1999 to 2001. Earlier this week, the 48-year-old Hollywood star said he was hoping for a "miracle" to keep him out of prison before the holidays. He said: "We still have prayers about that - we still believe in miracles. So don't sell me up the river just yet. Alright? I think any man would be nervous if his liberty is at stake. I'm disappointed that the system seems not to be working for me in this situation."

In November, Wesley's request for a review of his sentence and a new trial was turned down by Florida Judge William Terrell Hodges. He had appealed the original 2008 sentence on the grounds that some of the jurors were prejudiced against him, and objected to including financial adviser Kenneth Starr, who pleaded guilty to fraud after acting as a government witness against him.

Charlie Sheen fired back at Capri Anderson in lawsuit that alleges she tried to extort $1 million from him after their "consensual encounter" in a New York hotel room.

"This case involves a shakedown and extortion of the internationally known actor and celebrity Charlie Sheen … by an opportunist pornographic film star and publicity-hungry scam artist," says the lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Anderson, an adult film actress whose real name is Christina Walsh, "fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against will" and then threatened to go to the media with "her false tale" if the Two and a Half Men star didn't pay up, the lawsuit says.

When Sheen "refused to succumb to Walsh's extortionate and illegal demands," her representatives contacted the Aspen authorities who prosecuted Sheen in a domestic violence case and gave an interview that aired Monday to ABC News.

Walsh told ABC that she had been hired to escort Sheen to dinner last month but the night ended with Sheen turning violent and Walsh locked in the bathroom in fear for her life.

Sheen's lawsuit alleges that Walsh told somebody else that the assault never occurred and told New York police that the actor acted "like a total gentleman."

Denies Extortion

Keith M Davidson, an attorney for Walsh, says the extortion attempt "never happened."

"It's a blatant attempt by them to muddy the waters and confuse the situation," he tells DIDNTINVITEME. "They are throwing a bunch of mud at the wall and hoping something will stick."

As for whether Walsh called Sheen a "gentlemen" to police, Davidson says, "At the beginning of the night he was acting as a gentleman, but not at the end when he was threatening to kill her."

"I went outside the other day and I had a new Maserati in the driveway," said Chris Rock, speaking to Howard Stern. The only downside for Rock? "Now I think that I'm Adam Sandler's b---h," he joked.

So why did Sandler send over the cars? "The movie's like the biggest thing for him," said Rock, and "he appreciates the help." With Grown Ups grossing over $162 million bucks to date, we can understand Sandler's generosity.

Don't mess with a Black woman getting her hair did.

When 19-year-old suspect Winston Cox, entered Sabine's Hallway Beauty Salon in Brooklyn, New York, little did he know that the nice lady getting her done was off-duty police officer Feris Jones, aka "Trick Shot Jones."

Cox reportedly entered the salon and ordered Jones and three other customers to put all their belongings in a bag and ordered them into the bathroom.

While in the bathroom, Officer Jones pulled out her revolver, gave the salon owner her cellphone to call 911 and stepped out of the bathroom to face the robber. After identifying herself, Cox still wouldn't relent, so "Trick Shot" did what she knows best: shoot. Five times.

One shot knocked the gun off Cox's hand and wounded his hand. He was later arrested and charged with robbery and attempted murder.

Meanwhile, Jones, a 20-year veteran of the NYPD, will be promoted to Detective. Kudos to Officer Jones.  Glad you didn'tinviteme, But Amazing job Officer Detective Jones!  More stories like this should be front page news,  and/or be featured on the news.  Say It!

"That's just not me. What happened is not who I am, period," said Rimes, talking to ABC's Robin Roberts in an interview scheduled to air Wednesday night. "I do know how much I love him. So, I've always said I don't live my life with regret. I can't."

She says that while both she and Cibrian were married, "it happens every day to so many people," she said. "You had two couples whose marriages didn't work who really stumbled upon each other and fell in love."

Eddie Cibrian echoed Rimes' sentiments. "The truth is that we're human beings," he said. "We make mistakes and we learn from them, but we're human. We fell in love."

Kye Allums is about to become the first openly trans person to play NCAA Division 1 basketball. And while his life hasn't always been easy, a lot of people could learn from his story.
According to Cyd Zeigler of Outsports, Allums was born a girl, but often preferred to identify and dress as a boy. His mom wasn't always supportive. Allums recalls, I've always felt most comfortable dressing like a boy, but my mom would take all of my clothes from me and she'd force me to wear girl clothes. I'd bring sweats and basketball shorts and put them in my backpack. I'd just change every day when I got to school, and I had to change back before I went home. It was annoying, but it was the only way I could go to school.

But it was a text from his mom that sparked an epiphany — his mom wrote "Who do you think you are, young lady?" and he realized "He wasn't a young lady at all." Says Allums,
I used to feel like trans anything was really weird and those people were crazy, and I wondered, ‘How can you feel like that?' But I looked it up on the Internet and I thought, ‘Oh my god, I'm one of those weird people.' And I realized they're not weird. It's all in your mindset and how you think.
When Allums told his (female) teammates about his gender, they initially made jokes. But then they began to take him seriously. Says one, We were all just talking, a bunch of teammates, and he said that he's a guy. At first I didn't understand, and then he explained that sex is how you're born and gender is how you identify yourself. Then I started to understand.

Allums was especially concerned about his coach Mike Bozeman's reaction, because of comments the coach had made about religion. And while the conversation started off tense, Bozeman ultimately said,
Why would you think I wouldn't have your back? I've had your back through everything. Our relationship has grown from nothing to this, and now you think I'd just turn my back on you because you told me this? No. I love you and I'll always be here for you.

Allums has faced some obstacles — one opposing coach said, anonymously, that "he might have a problem if a team in his conference had a player who identified themselves as a man." But his team's reaction is instructive — even though transphobia still runs rampant in some circles, we also shouldn't underestimate the ability of young athletes to accept a trans teammate. The report On the Team provides guidelines for encouraging participation of trans athletes, including a section on hormone therapy, which Allums is forgoing in order to continue playing on the women's team. It also says, "Transgender young people have the same right to participate and benefit from the positive aspects of athletics as other students do." Allums, his team, and his coach have recognized this — it's time for everyone else involved in college sports to do so as well.

Pamela Anderson (Pacific Coast News)Pamela Anderson, who first appeared on the cover of Playboyin 1989, will again grace the cover of the men's magazine for its January 2011 issue.

Hugh Hefner broke the news via his Twitter, posting this afternoon, "Pamela Anderson is in the Mansion swimming pool, posing for the January cover in a tribute to 'La Dolce Vita.'"

The shoot is apparently a tribute to the classic 1960 Italian film, which caused a stir when bombshell Anita Ekberg stripped and cavorted in the Trevi Fountain in Rome.

As for Anderson, it's the first time she's appeared in the magazine in almost four years. Her last appearance was in 2007.

It's not a surprise that Bill O'Reilly and The View's Joy Behar may not see eye to eye politically. But a discussion about Muslims and the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on Thursday's show set off a firestorm – promoting the redhead and her co-host Whoopi Goldberg to leave the set.

During a discussion about the proposed Islamic cultural center downtown Manhattan, O'Reilly insisted it would be "inappropriate" to have a Muslim place of worship so near to Ground Zero.

This prompted Whoopi Goldberg to inquire, "Why is it inappropriate?"

To which O'Reilly replied, "Because Muslims killed us on 9/11."

As the cast devolved into loud protests and O'Reilly defended his remark, Goldberg shot back that "extremists" attacked the World Trade Center while the Fox News host continued to defend his views.

With that, Behar rose from the couch, visibly upset. "I don't want to sit here," she told O'Reilly, as she stood over him.

Goldberg also calmly rose from the sofa and joined her, waving as she walked off the set.

After the ladies left, Barbara Walters told the audience, "we should be able to have discussion without . . . walking off stage."

The pair later returned, and had a calmer debate with their guest to finish out the show.

Kids, avert your eyes!

Caitlin Sanchez, 14, who voiced Dora on Nickelodeon's Dora the Explorer beginning in 2007, and her parents are suing the network, claiming they were pressured into signing a complicated contract and then cheated out of millions of dollars, reports New York's Daily News.

The suit claims Sanchez was woefully underpaid, not compensated for hundreds of hours of recording, and forced to promote the show for a "meager travel stipend of $40 a day."

Sanchez's lawyer, John Balestriere, tells the paper she was cheated out of "millions, perhaps tens of millions" of dollars after being pressured to sign an "unconscionable" 14-page contract that the family had just 22 minutes to review without a lawyer's help.

"I've never seen as convoluted and inscrutable contract as I've seen here," Balestriere says.

The suit charges that Nickelodeon, MTV Networks and Viacom International "used Caitlin, unjustly enriching themselves of millions of dollars in profits from the series and branded products, which Caitlin performed and promoted."

David Bittler, a spokesman for Nickelodeon, called the claims "baseless."

"Unfortunately, Caitlin's voice changed and she was no longer able to portray the Dora character, as happened with the actress who originated the role," Bittler said in a statement Thursday. "Caitlin's contract was extensively negotiated through her agent and in compliance with her union. She was well-compensated for her work and for personal appearances. We have enjoyed working with Caitlin on Dora the Explorer these past three years, and we did in fact offer her a contract for other work with us."
