Just days before Eva Longoria's divorce from San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker became final in January, she spoke frankly with Allure magazine about just how difficult the split is on her.

"Every time I talk about it, I want to cry. It's been hard. Very hard," Longoria, 36, says in the April cover story. "I'm just trying to get through it as gracefully as possible without any drama."

As she begins to move on, Longoria has found a new beau (Eduardo Cruz) and says she leans on her Desperate Housewives costars. "Some people collect plates and stamps and coins. I collect people, I collect amazing, smart, interesting women," she says.

Longoria, who will star alongside Christian Slater in summer comedy Without Men, concludes, "I'm in a transition stage, settling into a new routine – and I welcome it."

Eva Longoria kicked off her birthday celebrations last night in LA with a star-studded '20s party! The actress partied the night away with guests like Kim Kardashian and Heidi Klum, and it sounds like it was a night to remember -- and the celebrations are likely to continue on through the week, since her real 36th birthday is on Tuesday.

The party probably lasted until the wee hours of the morning, which means we're guessing a lot of Hollywood stars are sleeping late this morning to combat the long night AND daylight saving time. Brutal!

Victoria is said to be determined to bring a smile back to Eva’s face and is organizing a girls-only night out for her.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: “Victoria has rounded all the girl troops in their inner clique so they can have some girly time and relax. Posh has given her some sexy VB dresses to cheer her up and is planning a night out for Eva with all their celeb friends.”

Victoria has also invited the 35-year-old actress to her Los Angeles home to spend Thanksgiving Day with her and her family.

The source added: “Victoria has asked her over for dinner and wine to cheer her up.”

Victoria and David struck up a close friendship with Eva and Tony when they first moved to Los Angeles in 2007. The former couple helped the British stars settle into Hollywood.

Eva filed papers to dissolve her three-year marriage last Wednesday, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the break-up.

Tony filed his own divorce papers in Bexar County, Texas, on Friday, stating the "marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent.”

Eva Longoria spoke out about her divorce from Tony Parker on Twitter, and the NBA star decided to talk about the split in a statement issued today through his rep. People.com reports he was not blindsided by Eva filing for divorce yesterday, and claims they've been "discussing our situation privately."

"I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California," he said. "We plan to continue to keep our discussions of this matter private."

Noticeably missing from his statement was any mention of his alleged affair with former teammate Brent Berry's wife, Erin. News broke yesterday that Erin and Tony allegedly sent hundreds of sexy texts to each other, reportedly leaving Eva devastated.

Tony Parker sent text messages to a former teammate's wife but didn't have a physical relationship with her, a source close to Parker tells DIDNTINVITEME.

"They knew each other, sent each other messages," the source claims. "It was flirtatious, but he never did anything with her."

Longoria, 35, filed for divorce on Wednesday, then accused Parker, 28, of sending hundreds of text messages to the woman.

Longoria didn't identify her, but the source says it was Erin Barry, wife of Brent Barry, who played with Parker on the San Antonio Spurs from 2004 to 2008.

Brent Barry's father tells TMZ the Barrys are also involved in a divorce.

Erin Barry couldn't be reached for comment.

Longoria filed documents in a Los Angeles Courthouse, citing "irreconcilable differences." The news comes just hours after Longoria's rep shot down a story by TMZ that Parker had filed for divorce from Longoria in a Texas court house.

In Longaria's petition for divorce, she's also seeking that her name be changed from Eva Longoria Parker to Eva Jacqueline Longoria.

The news comes on the heels of rumors that Parker had been unfaithful. A recent story in Us Weekly claimed that Parker had sent over 100 "personal" text messages to a friend of Longoria's in one month. Longoria discovered the text messages and confronted Parker. "Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal," said a source close to the couple.

The Desperate Housewives star and the San Antonio Spurs player got married in July 2007, after dating since November of 2004. They have no children.
