According to witnesses, the car Morgan Freeman was driving in Ruleville, Mississippi at 11:30pm Sunday, careened off the road and flipped end over end several times before landing on its wheels in a ditch. Morgan suffered a broken arm, shattered elbow and minor damage to his shoulder. As of yesterday he had undergone surgery to correct the damage, and although still listed in 'serious condition' was said to be in good spirits. No word on his passenger, Demaris Meyer, who is said to be a friend of Morgan's wife Myrna. Above is the chick who was riding with Morgan Freeman yesterday when he drove into a ditch and flipped his car over. Actually it was her car. Her name is Demaris Meyer and she's a "close friend" of Morgan's wife Myrna. Incidentally, the National Enquirer ran a story in July about Myrna seeking a divorce from Morgan claiming, "Myrna was terribly upset when she heard Morgan had become intimate with a woman who had been her friend."
