Spears appears to have temporarily solved the problem, as she was spotted shopping at Woodland Hills' Westfield Mall with a brand new head of bleach-blonde hair. While it does look better than Spears' previous crop, it's disappointing to see that Britney still can't pair with the fake hair she can't seem to maintain—she could look super cute with a pixie cut!
