According to sources speaking to TMZ, charges will be filed at Airport Court in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon. Lohan will be required to be present at the hearing, which is scheduled for 1:30 tomorrow afternoon.
If convicted of the charges, Lohan couple face time on the California State prison system.
