Céline Dion's 4-month-old twins Eddy and Nelson were baptized in Las Vegas on Saturday, with 200 friends and family members in attendance, the singer's spokesperson confirms.

"It was a beautiful, traditional family ceremony," Dion's rep tells our friends over @PEOPLE of the Melkite Greek Catholic rite, which featured chanted prayers and songs and honored the heritage of Dion's husband and manager, Réne Angélil.

Five godparents stood up for the twins, who wore gowns by Baby Dior during the ceremony at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church: the twins' big brother Réne-Charles, 10; Dion's sister Linda; and Angélil's three oldest children, Patrick, Jean-Pierre and Anne-Marie Angélil.

Also on the guest list: the doctors who helped make Dion's dream of becoming a mother again come true, as well as those who treated Angélil's throat cancer more than a decade ago.

After the baptism, the twins napped while the family celebrated with a reception at Caesars Palace.

The following night, Dion, who launches her new Vegas show at Caesars on March 15, did her first practice run-through for a live audience.

Details of the baptism were first reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Congratulations times two going out to Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil! The singer gave birth to fraternal twin boys at about 11am in Florida, reports Us magazine. No word yet on what the couple decided on for names.

Celine Dion and Rene Angelil  (Bauer Griffin)Celine's rep said today: : “Celine, Rene and their son Rene-Charles are thrilled … Celine is resting now and they plan to discuss what to name the boys when she wakes up. Rene-Charles has been to the hospital to visit his brothers and is just so excited they are here.”

The 42-year-old singer got pregnant with twins after many rounds of in-vitro fertilization. The couple, who already have a son, 9-year-old Rene-Charles, were determined for another baby so decided to give in-vitro one more go, and the 6th time was a charm!

"We believed in trying one more time," she said in a past interview. "If [the doctor] had told me that my body was too tired, I would have given up."

Celine announced that she was pregnant in May.

Healthy, relaxed and really quite pregnant.

That's how Céline Dion looks in an exclusive new photo of the singer, who's expecting twin boys in November, published by Canada's 7 Jours magazine.

Dion, 42, is seen in the photo with her husband, René Angelil, their 9-year-old son, René-Charles, and their dog, Charlie.

The image comes shortly after Dion's rep denied tabloid rumors that the superstar had experienced complications in her pregnancy. "She's never been in the hospital," the rep told DIDNTINVITEME. "Her pregnancy continues to be healthy, and she feels fantastic."

Dion and Angelil announced earlier this year that they were expecting twins after a sixth attempt at in-vitro fertilization.
