Pop singer and actress Janet Jackson is planning to seal her return to music next year with
a massive global tour and she's asking fans to nominate the cities where she will perform.

The 44-year-old star has announced a 35-date trek in a video on her website. The first person to nominate each chosen city will receive signed memorabilia from the star.

In the video, Janet said, "I've heard from all of you, my fans, whose love I cherish dearly. Many have asked when will I tour again - well I am really excited to announce my largest ever world tour, celebrating 35 number ones.

"You'll hear all the hits in 35 cities, which I want you to help me select. I'm reaching out to all of my fans to seek your input about the cities where I will perform. You will be able to indicate on my website janetjackson.com the city of your choice.

"Because your voices and your votes are so important to me, the first fan that I hear from in each of the cities I select will receive an autographed copy of my Number Ones CD and an autographed copy of my book True You."

And the 'Nasty' hitmaker is also planning to use the shows to highlight the good work done by young locals in the cities she chooses.

"I will also recognise 20 young people whose lives and work have enriched their communities in a major way," she added.

Diddy does some soul searching in the desert in the Rich Lee-directed video for “Coming Home,” the Alex Da Kid-produced single off Diddy-Dirty Money’s star-studded album Last Train to Paris (Dec. 14). Wandering through the arid landscape, Puff happens upon the remnants of a burned house and the shell of an old car, with Dawn and Kalenna trailing behind him. The trio reunites in the end, zipping away in a helicopter.

Justin Bieber performed a small medley of his hits “Somebody To Love” and “Baby” on UK talent show The X Factor last night, but it was his flirty greeting to panel judge Cheryl Cole was the highlight of his appearance. “I wanna say ‘what up’ to Cheryl Cole—hello!” said the Bieb, as he flashed her a mischievous grin. Geez—guess this kid figures that if he keeps hitting on ladies twice his age—or in some cases, twice his mother’s age—he’ll eventually strike cougar gold?

Rihanna is shoeless and fancy free on the cover of British GQ’s January edition. The chart controlling singer turned the UK mag “RED HOT!” in her black one piece, fishnets, red lipstick and signature fiery locks for the cover. Inside the latest issue, the AMA performer posed in a light pink vintage bra with matching sheer bottoms while another pic had the “Fly” songbird lying on a bed of roses (we hope they were dethorned first!). Jump below to peep the pics to see how 2011 is already getting off to a great start.

Viva Las Vegas! Nicki Minaj paid a second visit to “LIVE! with Regis and Kelly” this morning to perform her hit “Right Thru Me” off her hot-selling debut. Clad in a body-hugging red-and-purple outfit accented by black stiletto boots and rainbow hair, the Harajuku Barbie took the stage at the show’s temporary home inside Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas, cooing along to the backing track.

Afterward she chatted with the hosts about Pink Friday, her waist size, and Lil Wayne. “Wayne tells me to go hard,” she told Regis. Pause.

Keri Hilson exercises the power of the p***y in the Laurieann Gibson-directed video for “The Way You Love Me,” the street single from her sophomore album No Boys Allowed (Dec. 21). Miss Keri, who plays femme fatale B.B., rounds up her sexy girls including JoJo (Boots), Faith Evans (Danja), and Dawn (Money) as they work their charm on the boys, including Rick Ross, Columbus Short, and Polow Da Don. Shout out to the ladies (Dancers) Christina, Brandee, Paula Van Open, Annalisia, Brit'tany, Alex, & Shawna Watch them unleash their deadly weapons below.

She’s one of Hollywood’s freest thinkers when it comes to fashion, and according to Katy Perry, her split-personality style started early. “I’ve always been girly…even though I was a tomboy,” the singer tells our friends over @PEOPLE of her adolescent attitude. “My mother said when I was a kid, I was changing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don’t make it a big deal, I just do it.” These days, the singer still has just as much fun with her carousel of daring looks–and she’s taking full advantage of the situation while she can still rock her wardrobe of kaleidoscopic latex dresses. “They have an expiration date and that’s why I’m wearing them now at 25,” she explains. “I’m such a sucker for a theme, so if I go somewhere like Vegas, I’ll dress like Vegas! Or if it’s Christmas time, I’ll dress like Mrs. Claus!” But, she says, her craziest costumes are reserved for the stage–at least most of the time. “I think sometimes with the themed stuff…’I won’t be wearing that to get my Starbucks today,’” before musing, “Although, maybe my whipped cream bra I’ll wear, because I’ll help [the baristas] out. ‘I got it! I got it! Hold the cream! No worries.’”

Twitter streams across the world are about to lose some star power. On Tuesday (Dec. 1), celebs including Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Justin Timberlake, Kim Kardashian, Janelle Monáe, Swizz Beatz, Jay Sean, and more are taking part in the new campaign Digital Life Sacrifice where they will sign off of social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter on behalf of Keys’ charity Keep a Child Alive.

The digital protest is intended to raise money on World AIDS Day, with participants signing back on to their respective social networking profiles when the charity raises $1 million. Many have filmed “last tweet and testament” advertisements where they laid in coffins to represent their “digital deaths” in preparation for the big day.

“It’s really important and super-cool to use mediums that we naturally are on,” Keys tells the AP of the digital protest. “It’s so important to shock you to the point of waking up. It’s not that people don’t care or it’s not that people don’t want to do something, it’s that they never thought of it quite like that.”

The new mom believes that shutting down celebrity profiles will have an immediate impact. “This is such a direct and instantly emotional way and a little sarcastic, you know, of a way to get people to pay attention,” she explains, hoping that others will take their favorite celeb’s lead. “It just doesn’t have to be just because you’re a celebrity or something like that. It can be anybody.”

Jay-Z has topped the Billboard charts and Forbes list of wealthiest musicians, and now he finds himself atop a new chart. The rapper-turned-author’s first book Decoded has landed on The New York Times Best Sellers list.

Sean Carter’s memoir Decoded debuts at No. 3 on the Hardcover Nonfiction edition of The New York Times Best Sellers list for the week of December 5. The top two spots are occupied by former President George W. Bush’s autobiography Decision Points and Laura Hillenbrand’s Unbroken.

The book, which provides insight into Jay-Z’s lyrics and life, has seen brisk sales since its release earlier this month. It was included on Oprah’s coveted “Favorite Things” show and is currently in the top 10 sellers on Amazon.com.

Entertainment Weekly gave Decoded an A-, calling it “Shawn Carter’s most honest airing of the experiences he drew on to create the mythic figure of Jay-Z,” while The New York Times says “Decoded gives the reader a harrowing portrait of the rough worlds Jay-Z navigated in his youth, while at the same time deconstructing his lyrics.”

It was a big day in LA for some celebs and their kids: Yo Gabba Gabba Live! came to town. Gwen Stefani and her boys were front and center for the live show (based on the Nick Jr. program), as were Jessica Alba and her daughter Honor, and Nicole Richie and Joel Madden even got to get up on stage for the action!

Nicole Richie and Sparrow at Yo Gabba Gabba Live! (Getty)We're pretty sure Nicole and Joel's kids Sparrow and Harlow now know, without a doubt, that they have the coolest parents around! The couple sang and danced with DJ Lance and the crew during the show, and it was hard to say if the kids or parents were having the better time.

Gwen Stefani and little Kingston and Zuma got to hug it out with some of the characters after the show was over, and they definitely had a blast. Jessica and her daughter pointed and laughed from the audience and then danced all day.

Jessica tweeted after the show: "#YoGabbaGabba was so fun. We got our silly's out and did the dancy-dance! My "cool" days are over -wait a min... they never started"

Keri Hilson seems to be heavily inspired by Madonna for her cover shoot of the December/January issue VIBE magazine. The “Pretty Girl Rock” singer was looking pretty in a pointy black bustier, silver chain necklaces and a leather hat that screamed Justify My Love for the mag’s latest issue. The “Buy You” songbird looked ultra sexy, we just wish K-Hil could have done the same for her No Boys Allowed album cover.

This just in: Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas will be taking the stage during the Super Bowl halftime show next year! The big announcement came yesterday during the game between this year's Super Bowl champs, the New Orleans Saints, and the Dallas Cowboys, reports Usmagazine.

Fergie (Pacific Coast News)The group will be joining the ranks of big names like Prince,Janet Jackson (who could forget), and Justin Timberlake when they take the stage at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas on February 6, 2011.

We're hoping the group gets to play some old favorites, plus maybe a track or two off their new album, The Beginning, which drops Tuesday. After all, forget the football, we wanna see Fergie (and commercials)!

New besties Jennifer Aniston and Chelsea Handler escaped the cold and headed down to Los Cabos, Mexico for their long Thanksgiving weekend. The gals hung out in bikinis and we're sure they had a blast, even if it wasn't exactly a traditional Turkey Day.

"It's Thanksgiving," Chelsea tweeted Thursday (viaPeople.com). "And I am thankful for my dog, my boobies, and my life. Happy thanksgiving to you and your boobies." Awesome.
The single ladies sat in the sun in bikinis yesterday, and we're guessing there's a lot more of the same today!
This isn't the first time Jen has escaped to Mexico for some R&R. She was joined by pals Courteney Cox and Gerard Butler in Cabo for her 41st birthday just a couple months ago.

No Black Friday bargain shopping this year for Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green! The newlyweds instead spent the day in at Disney World in Florida, where they snapped this adorable self-portrait in front of the Magic Kingdom in matching gray shirts.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green (Getty)These two got hitched in July and Ms. Fox seems happier than ever as a wife and stepmom to Brian's son Kassius. She's been spotted at his Little League games more often over the last few months, and we even hear the attendance at the games has skyrocketed since!

Even though she draws a ton of attention, a source says she fits right in -- aside from, you know, the celebrity thing. The insider said she's "just like every other mom. She gives out fruit and water between innings, and she's friendly to the other wives."

Keri Hilson taught New Yorkers how to do the “Pretty Girl Rock” for Thanksgiving. Riding on My Princess Academy’s “Castle of Dreams” float, the pretty-in-pink songstress sang and danced to her No Boys Allowed single in front of Macy’s Herald Square for the 84th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Surrounded by young women, the “new member of music’s royalty” performed her female empowering anthem high above a pink castle.

“What’s crazy about being in the parade is that it’s such a huge part of a lot of family’s traditions but mine as well,” Keri told Music Choice. “Every Thanksgiving we wake up and watch it. It’s just special, it’s really special.”

Forget the floats and marching bands. Kanye West was the main attraction at this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Followed by an introduction from his favorite journalist Matt Lauer, Kanye stormed the streets of Manhattan for a brief performance atop the New York Daily News float. Clad in a black peacoat, fur vest, shiny gold shirt, gold chains, and headband, the rapper lipsynched (as most do) the words to his Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album closer “Lost in the World.” Get lost with Mr. West below.

Beyoncé faces her toughest competition yet—herself. The dancing diva stars in her second commercial for HDTV manufacturer VIZIO. Testing out the new LED set, a gentleman lounges on a couch watching B on screen when the real B suddenly appears next to the TV while her song “Why Don’t You Love Me” plays in the background. But due to the high-def picture before him, the dude pays more attention to the tube than the real Beyoncé busting a move before his eyes.

Watch the Jake Nava-directed “Beyoncé vs. Beyoncé” spot below before it airs Thanksgiving Day.

Check out this fan who 1st calls Bee a "Bitch" because she didn't say "Hi" while shopping.  Then later to see him front row at her concert is so Funny!!!! What you kidz don't see yet is after this song ends, it goes back to the store where Bee walks up to him and says "Hi" and shakes his hand.  Next the camera guy V.O. "Only if she really knew." Have to wait till 2morrow's special kidz!

Nicki Minaj has emerged as one of the biggest rappers of 2010, and now we get to see Harajuku Barbie become quite literally the largest new act on the scene in her new EBONY photo spread. In the pics, shot by celebrity photographer Derek Blanks, Minaj drops the pink and cops a killer attitude as she terrorizes New York as Queen Kong. Head over to EBONY for a behind-the-scenes video of the photo shoot or suffer the wrath of this monster.

Chris Brown and Keri Hilson co-headlined a free concert in Atlanta last night during an annual turkey drive at the Greenbriar Mall, hosted by super producer Polow Da Don. The chance to see Breezy and Keri Baby (as well as Ludacris, Lloyd and Big Boi) perform live wasn’t the only free gift at the charity event - 1,000 turkeys were given to families so they could celebrate Thanksgiving the right way. Gobble up Chris and Keri’s performances below.

Nicki Minaj visited the MAC store in Times Square to unveil her new limited edition lipstick and to promote her album Pink Friday. She wore a Martin Grant dress from the Fall 2010 Collection. This brown leather bustier dress features a black leather horizontal ribbing at the chest and waistline and vertically down the middle. Do you like her look?

Rihanna is featured on the cover of Interview Magazine’s upcoming December 2010 Issue, and her cover story interviewer is none other than her friend Mr. Kanye West. The issue also includes lots of great colorful shots (taken by photographer Mikael Jansson) of Rihanna in different sexy poses.

Christina Aguilera brought a little Burlesque to last night’s Dancing With The Stars finale, and a little bit of classic Xtina, as well. She was decked out in full-on gold glam gear for “Show Me How You Burlesque”, but it was her moving performance of her classic ballad “Beautiful”—where Aguilera was surrounded by dancers in plain white t-shirts doing sign language.

That Rihanna reign just won’t let up. The pop siren has lots to be thankful for this Thanksgiving after scoring her career best on the charts this week.

The red-haired singer swoops in at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 albums chart with 207,000 copies sold of her fifth album Loud, earning her a career best in first-week sales and her fifth top 10 bow.

Meanwhile, RiRi claims her ninth No. 1 single with “Only Girl (In the World),” a feat that puts her in prestigious territory. With the accomplishment, the Bajan crooner becomes the only artist since 2000 to have as many chart-topping singles, besting Usher who has scored eight No. 1s since the start of the decade. Not only that, but “Only Girl” becomes her fourth No. 1 single this year, making her the first female and first overall artist since Usher to nab as many No. 1 tracks in a year, according to Billboard.

She celebrated by sharing her excitement on Twitter. “Only Girl is no. 1!!! HOLY FUCK!!! And thx to u guys, I’ve had the biggest first week of all my albums so far! #whosloud ???? We are bitches,” she wrote. “Congrats to RihannaNavy! We breakin our OWN records!!! 9 no.1′s baby…We got the #CenturyOnLockWho’s badder than yall??”

After holding down the top spot two weeks ago, her second single “What’s My Name?” drops 7-8 on the Hot 100, while the Drake-assisted collaboration earns Airplay Gainer for the fourth consecutive week.

Keeping Rihanna company on the Billboard 200 is Scottish singer Susan Boyle, who bows at No. 1 with 335,000 copies sold of her holiday album The Gift, while Nelly’s 5.0 enters at No. 10 with 63,000 units.

After unveiling her M·A·C lipstick earlier in the day, Nicki Minaj whipped out her Sharpie to sign copies of her debut album Pink Friday (and a few boobs) for some lucky fans at Best Buy Union Square in New York City. Hundreds of Barbz who purchased the album in advance received wristbands to meet their idol.

After the signing, she headed over to the Bowery Ballroom to perform “Monster” with Kanye West. According to HITS Daily Double, Nicki’s album is on track to debut right behind Kanye on next week’s chart.

John Travolta (Getty Images)Congratulations to John Travolta and Kelly Preston! Preston gave birth to son Benjamin yesterday in a Florida hospital, and both mother and baby -- who weighed in at 8 lbs 3 oz -- are doing well.

A spokesman for the couple, who also have a 10-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu, together, said: "John, Kelly and their daughter Ella Bleu are ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family. Both mother and baby are healthy and doing beautifully."

Kelly and John announced the pregnancy in May, saying: "It's impossible to keep a secret ... especially one as wonderful as this. We want to be the first to share this great news with everyone that we are expecting a new addition to our family."

Friends then called the new addition to the Travolta family a "healing baby" after the couple's 16-year-old son Jett died almost two years ago when he suffered a seizure during a family vacation to the Bahamas.

John has since described the moment they found out she was expecting another baby as "a miracle."

The 56-year-old actor explained: "We tried for several years, and we didn't think it was going to happen for us.

"This is a miracle, and we feel blessed and we are so moved by the generous outpouring of support and goodwill we've received from people all over the world."

The Black Eyed Peas get digitized on the dance floor in the Rich Lee-directed video for “The Time (Dirty Bit),” the first single from their new album The Beginning, due next week. Will.i.am, Fergie, apl.de.ap, and Taboo rock to the beat, while their 8-bit characters come to life. Join the pixelated party below.

One of the seasons hottest trends is the shawl neck cardigan, every brand has made and recreated their own rendition for the winter. G-Star’s new Raw Essentials collection offers the Highbury knit cardigan (approx. $500). This shawl neck cardigan features brown leather elbow pads and woven buttons, two front pockets, ‘G01′ logo embroidered on the right sleeve and ribbed cuffs and hem. Actor Lance Gross was spotted wearing this cardigan back in October during the Howard University Homecoming festivities.
