UK online music store Play.com has posted what appears to be the tracklist for upcoming Black Eyed Peas album The Beginning. The band’s sixth LP is still a month away from being released (it’s due out November 30), but last week will.i.am unveiled first single “The Time (The Dirty Bit).” Have a peek at the supposed list of new BEP tunes below.

1. The Time (Dirty Bit)
2. Light Up The Night
3. Love You Long Time
4. XOXOXO
5. Someday
6. Whenever
7. Fashion Beats
8. Don’t Stop The Party
9. Do It Like This
10. The Best One Yet (The Boy)
11. Just Can’t Get Enough
12. Play It Loud

Interesting that one of the tracks is called “Just Can’t Get Enough.” Given the Peas’ penchant for ’80s hits (”The Time” interpolates Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes “(I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life,” while their previous single “Meet Me Halfway” borrowed part of its melody from Cyndi Lauper’s “Time After Time”), can we expect Depeche Mode’s same-titled classic to come into play somehow in the song?

Meanwhile, Billboard has singled out Black Eyed Peas member Fergie for the publication’s 2010 Woman Of The Year honor. She’ll receive the award in New York at the Billboard Women In Music event on December 2.

“I am humbled and excited to accept the Billboard Woman of the Year Award,” Fergie said in a statement. “Being honored by Billboard is a great career achievement.”

Recently Katy Perry spoke about “Firework,” the third single off her Teenage Dream album. “People are coming back and almost adopting it as their own anthem, and it’s hard, I think, to write an anthem that’s not cheesy,” she said. And to add to the uplifting Stargate-produced jam’s anthemic qualities, Perry today premiered the song’s sparkly, over-the-top video, which features her shooting (what else?) fireworks out of her boobs while troubled youths literally see the light.

Newlywed Perry’s breasts have been the subject of much controversy lately, and she makes good use of them via a full-on pyrotechnic display in the “Firework” video.

The clip starts with Mrs. Russell Brand standing atop a building in Budapest, Hungary, sending positive vibes out into the universe, where they’re received by a young cancer patient, an “overweight” girl sitting out a pool party while her friends splash around, a young man about to be mugged and another guy who has a crush on a male friend.

Eventually the youngsters all overcome the shackles of their individual circumstances and join Katy for a giant outdoor celebration, where they all blast fireworks into the night sky.

Awwww.

We’ll hand it to Katy. “Firework” is a highly entertaining video that puts the focus on a larger overall theme rather than the singer herself.

After months of “is she or isn’t she,” Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have announced that they are expecting their first child together. “Yes, we are pregnant. This is true,” confirmed Mimi this morning on the “Today” show, an advance look at a three-part “Access Hollywood” interview.

“It’s been a long journey, but it’s been tough because I’ve been trying to have…. to hold onto a shred of privacy. And that was not easy,” she continued.

The couple stayed mum on the exact date they’re expecting, but Mariah revealed that it will be some time in the spring. “It’s still early, I’m expecting in the spring, I’ll say that. I don’t want to give too much of like, specific outlines,” she said.

“The greatest gift on Earth is a child,” chimed Cannon, who sat in on the interview and referred to the pregnancy as “absolutely emotional” news. “I mean obviously the greatest gift on Earth is a child,” he continued. “But … you know how much we have been through, you know.”

This is the second time that Mimi and Nick have conceived a child, having previously kept a pregnancy and miscarriage secret from the world. “It was really sad so we had to just, we had really to absorb this and take it in,” Carey said of her misfortune two years ago. Cannon added, “And that’s what I said, like her strength would literally be during the day so festive and smiling obviously for cameras and spending time with everyone and you know, literally that night crying herself to sleep.”

On the musical front, Mariah will give birth to another baby, her second Christmas album Merry Christmas II You, next week.

It’s fight night for Nelly and the boys in the Marc Klasfeld-directed video for “Move That Body,” the new single off his sixth album 5.0 (Nov. 16). In the sizzling clip, the St. Louis rapper makes his way to an underground fight-style dance club, meeting up with Akon and T-Pain who hedge bets with T.I. and Jermaine Dupri on the sidelines as the ladies throw it down. Put your dukes up and watch the video below.

Taylor Swift's wax figure was unveiled today at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in NYC. The "Mine" songbird posed with her statue—which, compared to the museum's previous pop star recreations seems to have missed the mark—after an appearance on Regis And Kelly earlier today. We're sure all of the Speak Now singer's ex-boyfriends will be glad to learn that they now have a place to go and healthily vent their frustrations at Taylor's portrayed them in her lyrics. Tell us how you think the Grammy winner's wax twin compares to the real thing.

With a few days to go before he heads off for his 11-month prison sentence, T.I. gets his last licks in with the video for “Ya Hear Me” off his recently retitled album No Mercy. Framed in a blue hue, the King of the South fronts a live band, rocking shades and a flannel over a white tee. Get a good look because the clip, which features cameos from Young Jeezy and the OMG Girlz, may be the last we see of Tip for a while.

Diddy gets his heart broken in the video for “Loving You No More,” the Drake-assisted single off Dirty Money’s Last Train to Paris, pulling into stores December 14. The Gil Green-directed clip puts the Bad Boy mogul in a contemplative mood, crooning alongside Dawn and Kalenna while digesting his emotions. And what better way to forget about girl problems than hitting the club and grabbing a drink with Drizzy? Catch the introspective visuals below.

The music video for Nicki Minaj's single, "Right Thru Me," has premiered. It is a different clip for the female emcee, stripping herself of the pink wigs, crazy outfits and animated personality and taking a more emotional and serious approach.

She put her acting skills to use at the beginning with French model Willy Monfret, who plays her lover in the vid. Directed by Diane Martel, it is the third music video off "Pink Friday," which is set for a November 22nd release.

“The concept of the video is boy-and-girl relationship drama, all of the intimate stuff as well as the fighting as well as the self-reflecting type stuff,” she told “ET” on the Los Angeles set. “It’s basically just a love story told from the perspective of a very hard girl who doesn’t want to give in but she has to.”

Brovo Nicki! I love the simplicity of this clean video!  Oh yea and Didntinviteme to set Nicki!

Wearing a floral-print dress, Rihanna whipped out her Sharpie as she signed copies of her self-titled photography book at Barnes & Noble’s 5th Avenue store in New York City today. The 144-page publication, available in trade paperback and hardcover editions, is a visual chronicle of one of the world’s most-talked-about performing artists and fashion icons.

The only woman Justin Timberlake is spending time with romantically is his longtime girlfriend, Jessica Biel.

Despite rumors that he had been cheating on her with TV personality Olivia Munn during a weekend in September, a source tells our friends over @PEOPLE, "There is no truth to the reports. Olivia Munn is not that type of girl."

Last weekend, Timberlake, 29, was hanging out with Biel in a skybox on Sunday during the dramatic ending of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hosptials for Children Open golf tournament at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas. The actress also spent time with Timberlake's family, and was spotted backstage at his Saturday night benefit concert at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, which featured a performance by Christina Aguilera.

After the show, the couple continued their night at Haze Nightclub, arriving hand-in-hand around 2 a.m.

"They were sitting in a private area of the club," a source tells our friends over @PEOPLE. "Most people didn't even know they were there. They were really affectionate and really seemed to be happy."

On Tuesday night, the pair stepped out for dinner at Fraiche in Culver City, Calif. Timberlake was also by his girlfriend's side on Monday night, supporting her at a screening of a short film she directed, which debuted at the Chateau Marmont.

Another source adds, "Justin and Jessica are doing fine."

Reps for Munn and Timberlake had no comment about their clients' personal lives.

A month before it hits U.S. stores on November 22, Ne-Yo’s fourth album Libra Scale has sprung a leak on the Internet. While promoting the project today in Japan, the singer-songwriter calmly accepted the premature release, but also had some words for those who leaked it.

“It has been brought to my attention that my album was hacked and leaked in the U.S. roughly a month before it’s U.S. release,” tweeted the R&B gentleman. “Initially this angered me. It’s stealing plain n’ simple. But then I started thinking. Why do I make music? To sell records, make money, or is it because I love it, love how it touches people, how it helps people? The honest answer is both.”

Despite his initial feelings, the 31-year-old chanteur has come to terms with the leak. “I’ve come to this place of mental peace. No longer stressing people that steal the music, how it’ll effect my sales,” he shared. “The bottom line is, I worked hard on this project. The music, the concept, the whole lot is for the people, respect or not.”

He also expressed that he isn’t focused on record sales, as long as he’s happy with the material. “Ether way, the music, the concept, the whole lot, served it’s purpose. It gave the people something quality to vibe to. I’m not solely in the business of selling records. I’m in the business of making art. That’s what an artist does, period.”

Of course, he couldn’t resist the urge to take aim at the leakers. “I’LL BE DAMNED IF YOU HACKER FUCKS GET MY NEXT ALBUM BEFORE IT’S TIME!!! FUCK YOU ALL!!!! Have a nice day.”
