It's not too different from Miley's other racy videos and outfits, and, just like before, critics claim it's way too much for a teenager and her young fans. Hasn't everyone gotten the memo, though: She can't be tamed.
Despite criticism, we have to hand it to her: It's one catchy tune. We're guessing the song and video will be wildly successful, just like most everything Miley.
