Kim Kardashian regretted posing nude for Playboy. But the famously curvy reality starlet decided to strip down yet again, this time in the name of art.

Kardashian, 29, graces the November W Magazine cover for its annual art issue wearing only silver body paint. The issue hasn't come out yet, but some not-safe-for-work images have started appearing on the Internet.

Although she told Harper's Bazaar she was "sorry" she stripped down for Playboy in 2007, W was another matter – she had some family support. Her mom, Kris Jenner, told her to “go for it,” Kardashian says.
