Ne-Yo is bound to turn heads with the title of his provocative new song “She Uses Me (Masturbation),” his remix to Kelly Rowland’s “Motivation” off his Kevin Hart-hosted mixtape 101. The R&B crooner puts aside his gentleman ways, describing in detail a woman who pleases herself to his music. What a way to start the day.

Ne-Yo (Getty Images)Ne-Yo’s partner Monyetta Shaw gave birth to their daughter Madilyn two months ago, and the new arrival has been disrupting his nightly rest.He said: "It's just less and less opportunity to sleep. You know, I don't see the baby as much as I would like. It's beautiful but difficult."
The 31-year-old star also admitted he has not yet made plans for Valentine’s Day with Monyetta, but he doesn’t expect he will plan anything spectacular.
He told the New York Post newspaper: "I haven't thought about it yet. This might be the most unromantic Valentine's Day I ever had."
After he became a father to Madilyn Ne-Yo claimed he had never known a love like it before.
He said: "I've been in love before but this feels like nothing I've ever felt. Like, I'm in love for the first time."
The singer had confessed before his daughter’s arrival that he felt “nervous” about becoming a parent.
He said: "I'm so excited and nervous. It's amazing -- I'm bringing another life into the world. But at the same time, I'm like, 'Oh c**p, I'm responsible for another human being.'
"I don't even buy my own underwear, where am I going to find his? But I'm so looking forward to it."

Last night George Lopez asked Ne-Yo exactly what happened when he fell on the American Music Awards stage after doing a back flip. Turns out he was supposed to fall. “But I wasn’t supposed to fall like that,” the Libra Scale singer said. Despite his dancing mishap, Ne-Yo was ever the good sport, and showed the Lopez Tonight crowd his five signature dance moves before singing “One In A Million.” Watch below! Shout out to Galen Hooks, John Silver, And Clifford McGee!!!!!
“I came to L.A. in a van with four other guys, and we were a singing group,” Ne-Yo explained about his humble beginnings. “The name of the group was Envy… We were from Las Vegas.”

R&B singer-songwriter Ne-Yo is a father – for the first time – now that his girlfriend, Monyetta Shaw, went into early labor Friday night and had a baby girl, according to reports from Georgia radio stations.
The birth took place in an Atlanta hospital. The baby had been due in January.
Reports also say that Ne-Yo, 28, was at a charity event for his foundation when word reached him that Shaw's time had arrived – but even so, he made it to the hospital to witness the birth. On Saturday, a previously planned baby shower was still scheduled to take place – at the hospital.

A month before it hits U.S. stores on November 22, Ne-Yo’s fourth album Libra Scale has sprung a leak on the Internet. While promoting the project today in Japan, the singer-songwriter calmly accepted the premature release, but also had some words for those who leaked it.
“It has been brought to my attention that my album was hacked and leaked in the U.S. roughly a month before it’s U.S. release,” tweeted the R&B gentleman. “Initially this angered me. It’s stealing plain n’ simple. But then I started thinking. Why do I make music? To sell records, make money, or is it because I love it, love how it touches people, how it helps people? The honest answer is both.”
Despite his initial feelings, the 31-year-old chanteur has come to terms with the leak. “I’ve come to this place of mental peace. No longer stressing people that steal the music, how it’ll effect my sales,” he shared. “The bottom line is, I worked hard on this project. The music, the concept, the whole lot is for the people, respect or not.”
He also expressed that he isn’t focused on record sales, as long as he’s happy with the material. “Ether way, the music, the concept, the whole lot, served it’s purpose. It gave the people something quality to vibe to. I’m not solely in the business of selling records. I’m in the business of making art. That’s what an artist does, period.”
Of course, he couldn’t resist the urge to take aim at the leakers. “I’LL BE DAMNED IF YOU HACKER FUCKS GET MY NEXT ALBUM BEFORE IT’S TIME!!! FUCK YOU ALL!!!! Have a nice day.”

Ne-Yo (Getty Images)Ne-Yo is teaming up with Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee to release Libra Scale, a storybook version of his upcoming album in which the singer will be turned into a man named Jerome.Ne-Yo said: “I’ve been a fan for years. I’m trying not to geek-out being with Stan.
“It’s cool I can take this comic element of myself and blend it to the music element. I got to draw characters myself.”
Stan -- the brain behind the characters Spider-Man, Iron Man and The Hulk -- believes the music industry can benefit by embracing comic book culture.
Speaking at the New York comic book convention last weekend, he said: “Basically a really good rapper or really good music is super because people love it -- and it inspires a man, it makes him feel great.
“Reading a really good comic book with super characters does the same thing. And I promised Ne-Yo that I’m gonna make him feel at home and make sure that he feels comfortable with what we’re doing, because he’s a very shy guy!
“But seriously nothing appeals to young people or even older people as much as a good story and good music, so we’re gonna put them both together.”
Ne-Yo’s character is given superpowers and told he cannot fall in love -- until he meets the villain Diamond Eyes.
In addition to the comic book, Jerome’s story will also be played out in the singer’s music videos. Libra Scale goes on sale on November 1.

Ne-Yo got the crowd swooning while performing his latest single “One In A Million” on last night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars. Too bad the crowd hasn’t been downloading that song or his previous one, “Beautiful Monster.” Will Ne-Yo’s DWTS stint be enough to tip the libre scale in his favor and garner him a hit? Looking good Galen, John Silver, Cliff, Larke, Lisa, Antonio, Sophie, & Marquita!

Ne-Yo will have to wait to tell his story. The R&B crooner’s storybook-themed album Libra Scale has been pushed back a couple weeks.
The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter’s fourth studio effort will now arrive at retailers on October 19, a day after his 31st birthday, Didntinviteme.com has learned. It was previously scheduled to drop two weeks earlier on October 5.
The sci-fi-influenced album was inspired by Ne-Yo’s passion for acting. “The songs on the album are all songs inspired by this story I wrote,” he told our friends over at Rap-Up TV. “Libra Scale is a question of morality. Weighed out on a libra scale, if you had to choose between money, power, fame, or love, which one would you put the most value on? Which one would prevail in your life?”
The father-to-be is riding on the current success of his dance single “Beautiful Monster,” which hit No. 1 in the U.K. His follow-up single, the inspirational “One Life,” surfaced last week.

Ne-Yo has reason to pop bottles and celebrate the “Champagne Life” now that he’s learned the sex of his first child, who is set to make an entrance into the world in January 2011.
The R&B crooner, whose new album Libra Scale is due October 5, revealed the news in a celebratory post via Twitter today. “LADIES AND GENTS!!! I’M HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT I’M HAVING A BEAUTIFUL BABYGIRL!!! THANK YOU GOD,” he wrote.
Monyetta Shaw, the mother of Ne-Yo’s child, is currently about four months pregnant. The 30-year-old singer-songwriter attended one of Shaw’s ultrasounds several weeks ago, which was a first for him. During the initial doctor’s visit, the sex could not be determined due to the baby curling up into a tight ball. As a result, Ne-Yo dubbed his offspring “stubborn.” “They didn’t get that one from me,” he told EBONY magazine.
Despite rumors that Ne-Yo and Shaw do not have a serious relationship intact, the father-to-be is focusing on the upcoming bundle of joy that’ll be entering his life. “I am 30 and I do have my first child on the way, and I’m very, very, very excited about that,” he said. “It’s a New Year’s baby and I’m just in a really good place right now.”
