Capri Anderson was hired to escort Charlie Sheen to dinner, but the night ended with her locked in a hotel bathroom in fear for her life, she says.

"Towards the latter half of the night, it got really bad. He started yelling racial slurs," Anderson, an adult film actress, tells ABC News. "But it wasn't until he put his hands around my neck that I really thought to myself, you have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation."

Sheen, 45, was reportedly found naked and intoxicated in the trashed New York hotel suite and taken to the hospital for the day. He later referred to the incident last month as "one bad night" blown out of proportion by the media.

But Anderson says Sheen was violent and abusive at the Plaza Hotel.

"It's not right to hurt people," she says. "It's not right to scare people. It's not right to carry on with such disregard for the people around you."

Her interviews air on Good Morning America and Nightline on Monday.

One of the many accusers of Bishop Eddie Long broke his silence earlier this week. 23 year-old Jamal Parris, SPOKE EXCLUSIVELY TO FOX 5’S DALE RUSSELL IN COLORADO and described how the bishop allegedly lavished him and other young men with gifts, cash, trips and cars in return for sex. Check out some of his comments below:

“I cannot get the sound of his voice out of my head. I cannot forget the smell of his cologne. And I cannot forget the way that he made me cry many nights when I drove in his car on the way home, not able to take enough showers to wipe the smell of him off of my body.”

Jamal Parris, near the end of our interview, said he wanted to speak directly to Bishop Eddie Long, and he turned to our camera to do so.

“But that man can not look me in my eye and tell me we did not live this pain,” Parris said. “Why you can sit in front of the church and tell them that you categorically deny it. You can’t say that to our face. And you know this. You are not a man, you are a monster.” [ READ MORE ]

In related news, BISHOP LONG’S ATTORNEY BLASTED PARRIS for “attempting to try their lawsuits in the media” and Long is still denying all allegations. View more unedited video of Jamal Parris below..

Margaret Matthews, a 68-year-old woman living in Chicago's Southeast Side, picked up a gun Tuesday night and shot a 12-year-old boy in the arm.

The upshot? The boy was cited for a misdemeanor crime – while she wasn't charged with any wrongdoing.

Matthews, neighbors say, was the target of constant harassment from the 12-year-old – a ringleader of a group of kids who allegedly vandalized Matthews's home, broke items in her shed and even set her garbage on fire.

"I would say [the kids] were bulling her," neighbor Frenchie Johnson told local TV station CBS2. "She stayed there by herself. They know that. And she's one of the ladies that, she stands up for herself."

Throwing bricks through her window, however, was the final straw for Matthews, who also called police; they reported to the scene, but the 12-year-old boy returned to her house after they left, according to reports.

That's when the shooting occurred.

"I think she gave them as much warning as I think she could," said neighbor, Rafael Ramirez.

Acting in Self Defense

Matthews was released from police custody without being charged on the grounds that she acted in self-defense, CBS2 reports. But the boy and his 13-year-old friend have been cited with one count each of misdemeanor aggravated assault to a senior citizen, according to police.

The 12-year-old was released from the hospital on Wednesday.

But the boy's grandmother, Donna Virges, disputes the version of events, saying the two adolescents were simply "walking down the street, and they saw a window broken at a woman's house and as they passed by, they said she came out shooting."

Other neighbors are also skeptical about accusations the boy was a bully.

"He wasn't the type of little boy to do that, to throw a brick in an old lady's window like that," one said.

If convicted on the charges, the 12-year-old could be placed in juvenile detention for up to a year.

Prominent Atlanta attorney B.J. Bernstein released cell phone pictures Wednesday of megachurch pastor Eddie Long – the same day that a third lawsuit was filed accusing the Atlanta-area bishop of sexual abuse.

Three men have come forward accusing Long of coercing them into a sexual relationship.
Bernstein, who represents the three plaintiffs, said the pictures were sent to young men who attended Longfellows Youth Academy. She did not specify whether the plaintiffs also received the pictures.

In the latest lawsuit, the plaintiff, Jamal Parris, detailed how Long allegedly gave him his personal cell phone number two weeks after the two first met. Parris also alleged that Long encouraged him to call him "daddy." According to the suit, Parris’ father had not been a positive figure in his life.

Parris said he joined New Birth in 2001. He said he later became Long’s personal assistant, and that Long would ask him to remain in his private office after church, where Long engaged in sexual misconduct with Parris, according to the suit. Parris said he eventually left the church and later found out from other young male church members that they too had sexual contact with the bishop, according to the suit.

Since the first two lawsuits went public Tuesday, Bernstein said her office has taken several calls and believes that there are other victims. Bernstein said she opened her investigation after getting a call from one of the men.
The first two plaintiffs, Maurice Robinson and Anthony Flagg, claimed that Long used his position as a spiritual counselor and leader to take the young men on trips out of state and performed sexual acts with them. In the lawsuits, the men accuse Long of sexually abusing them, as well as several other young male church members and employees.

The lawsuits also name New Birth Missionary Baptist Church at 6400 Woodrow Road in Lithonia as a defendant.
At a news conference Tuesday, Bernstein told reporters that the alleged abuse occurred when the plaintiffs were 17 and 18 years old. Robinson and Flagg are now 20 and 21 years old.
Bernstein described Long's relationship with the boys as odd.
"It was essentially a marriage ceremony where there were candles, (an) exchange of jewelry and biblical quotes given," said Bernstein.
During the conference, Bernstein also revealed that one of the plaintiffs was arrested in connection with a June 13 burglary at New Birth. Channel 2 first reported details of the break-in, in which DeKalb police said two men wearing dark hooded tops and white gloves broke into Long's office and made off with high-end electronics, including Long’s iPad, and jewelry.
Bernstein said she expects Long’s attorneys to bring up that arrest when addressing the abuse allegations.

“Maurice (Robinson) immediately told what he did when he was confronted about it. He returned the black diamonds, the gold, the things that he had in the bishop’s office,” Bernstein said.
“As bad as it is, if it weren’t for that act, I don’t know if we would have known about this because this young man exploded and realized that when he talked to his friends, he wasn’t the only one,” said Bernstein. “Bishop Long had other spiritual sons who had other relationships with him. It made him angry and confused and combusted in lashing out at the bishop in the only way possible.”

According to the lawsuit, Flagg said Long shared a bedroom on overnight trips and engaged in intimate sexual contact with him. He said Long was also involved in advising and counseling him in areas of his personal life, the lawsuit states.
A spokesman for Long told Channel 2 Action News that Long denies the allegations and later announced that a news conference would take place Thursday to address the matter.
A statement released by Craig Gillen, attorney for Long, said, “Bishop Eddie Long adamantly denies the allegations. It is unfortunate that the two young men have chosen to take this course of action. We are reviewing the complaints and will respond accordingly.”
Channel 2 Action News reporters Tom Jones and Eric Philips visited Long’s church and neighborhood, where many people are expressing a show of support for Long.
One church member told Jones, "I just don't believe it. I know my Bishop."
Philips went to Long's house, but was told he was not there. He spoke with one of Long’s neighbors, who said she “hadn’t seen him [Long] in a while.”

After years of sidestepping questions about his sexual orientation, singer Ricky Martin reveals in a heartfelt posting online that he is gay.

"I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man," Martin, 38, said Monday on RickyMartinMusic.com. "I am very blessed to be who I am."

He said his twin sons, who turn 2 in August, inspired him to be true to himself.

"To keep living as I did up until today would be to indirectly diminish the glow that my kids were born with," Martin writes. "These years in silence and reflection made me stronger and reminded me that acceptance has to come from within and that this kind of truth gives me the power to conquer emotions I didn't even know existed."

Martin has said fatherhood changed his life for the better. "I'm so happy!" he told PEOPLE in December 2008 after his sons were born. "Everything they do, from smiling to crying, feels like a blessing. Being a father feels amazing. This has been the most spiritual moment in my life."

After Martin's announcement Monday, the Gay, Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation issued a statement in support of the singer.

"When someone like Ricky Martin comes out, hundreds of millions of people now have a cultural connection with an artist, a celebrity and, perhaps most importantly, a father who happens to be gay," said Jarrett Barrios, President of GLAAD. "His decision to model this kind of openness and honesty can lead to greater acceptance for countless gay people in U.S., in Latin America and worldwide."

A few months ago I decided to write my memoirs, a project I knew was going to bring me closer to an amazing turning point in my life. From the moment I wrote the first phrase I was sure the book was the tool that was going to help me free myself from things I was carrying within me for a long time. Things that were too heavy for me to keep inside. Writing this account of my life, I got very close to my truth. And thisis something worth celebrating.

For many years, there has been only one place where I am in touch with my emotions fearlessly and that's the stage. Being on stage fills my soul in many ways, almost completely. It's my vice. The music, the lights and the roar of the audience are elements that make me feel capable of anything. This rush of adrenaline is incredibly addictive. I don't ever want to stop feeling these emotions. But it is serenity that brings me to where I'm at right now. An amazing emotional place of comprehension, reflection and enlightenment. At this moment I'm feeling the same freedom I usually feel only on stage, without a doubt, I need to share.

Many people told me: "Ricky it's not important", "it's not worth it", "all the years you've worked and everything you've built will collapse", "many people in the world are not ready to accept your truth, your reality, your nature". Because all this advice came from people who I love dearly, I decided to move on with my life not sharing with the world my entire truth. Allowing myself to be seduced by fear and insecurity became a self-fulfilling prophecy of sabotage. Today I take full responsibility for my decisions and my actions.

If someone asked me today, "Ricky, what are you afraid of?" I would answer "the blood that runs through the streets of countries at war...child slavery, terrorism...the cynicism of some people in positions of power, the misinterpretation of faith." But fear of my truth? Not at all! On the contrary, It fills me with strength and courage. This is just what I need especially now that I am the father of two beautiful boys that are so full of light and who with their outlook teach me new things every day. To keep living as I did up until today would be to indirectly diminish the glow that my kids where born with. Enough is enough. This has to change. This was not supposed to happen 5 or 10 years ago, it is supposed to happen now. Today is my day, this is my time, and this is my moment.

These years in silence and reflection made me stronger and reminded me that acceptance has to come from within and that this kind of truth gives me the power to conquer emotions I didn't even know existed.

What will happen from now on? It doesn't matter. I can only focus on what's happening to me in this moment. The word "happiness" takes on a new meaning for me as of today. It has been a very intense process. Every word that I write in this letter is born out of love, acceptance, detachment and real contentment. Writing this is a solid step towards my inner peace and vital part of my evolution.

I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.

Marie Osmond's teenaged son, Michael Blosil, has killed himself by leaping to his death around 9 p.m. Friday in Los Angeles, reports Entertainment Tonight, which quotes Marie's brother, Donny Osmond, as saying, "Please pray for my sister and her family."

Through her rep, Marie Osmond released a statement Saturday. It says, “My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time.”

According to ET, Michael left a note explaining he intended to end his life after a lengthy battle with severe depression that left him, he said, feeling as if he had no friends and could never fit in.

In 2007, Michael, then 16, entered a rehab facility. His mother said at the time, "My son Michael is an amazing young man, shown through his courage in facing his issues. As his mother, I couldn’t be more proud of him."

The reason for the visit to rehab was never disclosed. Michael is one of eight children Osmond has raised with ex-husband Brian Blosil.

By March 2009, Marie told PEOPLE that Michael seemed to be turning his life around. He was finishing up his last year of high school while living with his mom in Las Vegas, where she and Donny headline a show.

"I couldn't be more proud of him," Marie said at the time. "He's got a 3.9 GPA in high school. He's looking at scholarships to some wonderful colleges."

A rep for Donny and Marie Osmond confirmed to PEOPLE that the show at the Flamingo Hotel was canceled Saturday night. It is being determined how long the hiatus will remain in effect.

Marie Osmond, one of nine Utah-bred Osmond siblings, began performing with her brothers at age 3. She has been outspoken about the trials of her own life in the spotlight.

In her 2001 memoir Behind the Smile, she detailed her battle with postpartum depression following the birth of her son Matthew. She also revealed that she had been sexually abused as a child.

She did not identify her abusers but said they were not family members.

In 2006, Marie's rep denied that the singer had tried to commit suicide, attributing reports about Osmond to the postpartum she suffered.

Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry has died following a fall from a moving pick-up truck during a dispute with his fiancee, police said.

Henry, who was 26, died in hospital at 6:36am (Cincinnati time) on Thursday, Charlotte police said. The National Football League receiver had been on life support through the night.

"Detectives continue to work diligently on this active investigation," police said in the statement announcing Henry's death.

Henry, a troubled player who was arrested five times and suspended five times during his NFL career, suffered a broken forearm during a victory last month over Baltimore and was out for the season.

"What I saw was a good person at heart. Sometimes he wasn't described that way but that's how I knew him," Bengals owner Mike Brown said. "It's a terrible tragedy."

Chad Ochocinco fought back tears as he talked about his fellow Bengals receiver, who he had spoken with just two days earlier.

"It's sad it has come to this point. He had been doing everything right. He was taking care of his business," Ochocinco said. "He was on the right path."

Police said a dispute between Henry and his fiancee began at a house about half a mile from where he was eventually discovered near a residential roadway.

Henry jumped into the back of a pick-up truck as the woman drove away and continued the dispute, police said, adding that at some point while she was driving Henry fell out.

Henry was taken to Carolinas Medical Centre with what police described only as "life-threatening injuries".

While police did not mention Henry's fiancee by name, he was known to be engaged to marry Loleini Tonga in March. The couple has been raising three children.

"He had made positive changes," said Andy Simms, Henry's agent. "We ask that you keep Chris's family - especially the young children he leaves behind - in your prayers."

The Bengals dropped troubled Henry after the 2007 season after his fifth arrest but Brown brought him back a few months later, signing him to a two-year deal and helping him conquer past problems.

The Bengals are currently making preparations for a crucial gridiron match-up of division leaders at San Diego on Sunday where a victory would seal a play-off berth.

"We are greatly saddened by today's tragic news about the loss of Chris Henry," NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement.

"Our thoughts and prayers go out to Chris's family, including his Bengals family. We have been in contact with the Bengals to offer our support through this difficult time."

Barbro Holmberg, mother-in-law to embattled golfer Tiger Woods, was released from a hospital Tuesday afternoon and is now recuperating at Woods's home in Windermere, Fla.

According to Health Central Hospital spokesman Dan Yates, Holmberg, 57, left the facility around 2 p.m. in a wheelchair, which is standard procedure in most hospitals. He said she was back at Woods's home.

Holmberg, a politician in Sweden, was taken to the Ocoee, Fla., hospital after a911 call at 2:35 a.m. Tuesday, and was admitted after complaining of stomach pain. Around midday, her daughter and Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, arrived at the hospital with a bag.

Nordegren is one of Holmberg's three children with her former husband, journalist Thomas Nordegren. Holmberg, a member of the Social Democratic party, served as minister of migration and asylum from 2003 to 2006.

A woman was taken from Tiger Woods's multimillion-dollar Florida home "on advanced life support" after firefighters received a call at 2:36 a.m. Tuesday, reports local station WESH-TV.

Witnesses told the NBC affiliate station, which aired footage of what appeared to be a blond woman receiving oxygen as she was carried away on a stretcher, that an ambulance transported the patient to Health Central Hospital.

There were also reports on Monday, unconfirmed, that Woods's wife, Elin Nordegren, had moved out of the couple's home into a nearby house.

Tiger Woods and his wife are holed up in their Florida mansion and undergoing intense marriage counseling, according to reports.

As the scandal involving Woods's alleged extramarital affairs continues to develop, the Chicago Sun-Times reports that Woods, 33, and Nordegren, 29, are having marital counseling sessions – several times a day – in the privacy of their Windemere, Fla., mansion.

Both of their mothers have been in contact, the paper reports, to help the couple save their marriage, and Tiger's mom, Kultida Woods, is reportedly grateful that her son's two children – Sam Alexis, 2, and Charlie Axel, born in February – are too young to realize what is going on. "This story will be ancient history by the time they are old enough to learn about it,'' a source told the Sun-Times.

Meanwhile, according to the Daily Beast.com, Nordegren is negotiating an immediate $5 million payout from her husband and revising her prenup, reported at $20 million at the time of their 2004 marriage, to give her as much as $55 million if she stays with her husband for two more years.

And don't worry about the pair constantly running into one another at home in the gated community with a private golf course near Orlando: The 6,692 sq. ft., three-level house has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, and is valued at 2.648 million.

Woods hasn't been seen leaving the house since his one-car accident on Nov. 27. Nordegren, wearing sunglasses, was spotted driving away last Saturday to an undisclosed location, but returned home shortly after.

Tiger Woods, fiercely protective of his private life, is suddenly at the center of a storm of media speculation after an early morning car crash outside his Florida home on Friday.

At around 2:25 a.m. on Nov. 27, the golf champion steered his SUV into a fire hydrant and a tree just feet from his house in the gated community of Islesworth, Fla.

What was Woods doing at the wheel of his car at that hour – and what caused him to crash?

Those questions remain unanswered. "When [officers] got there, he was laying in the street," Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor told PEOPLE. "His wife had broken out the back window with a golf club to get into the vehicle and pull him out."

Woods's wife, Elin Nordegren, reportedly used two golf clubs to shatter the back window of Woods's SUV in an effort to remove him from the vehicle. "She was frantic, upset," Saylor said in a briefing Friday night. "It was her husband laying on the ground."

Woods had lacerations on his lower and upper lips and blood in his mouth, says Saylor, and lapsing in and out of consciousness. Alcohol was reportedly not a factor. When asked at the press briefing whether Woods and Nordegren had been arguing, Saylor said he had no knowledge of that.

Two troopers tried to interview the golfer Friday, but his wife said he was sleeping and the officers agreed to come back Saturday, Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Kim Montes said.

The accident came two days after the National Enquirer alleged that Woods has been seeing another woman – New York night club hostess Rachel Uchitel, with whom the golfer reportedly spent time in Melbourne, Australia, where he recently competed in the Australian Masters, according to the tabloid.

Uchitel has since denied an affair with Woods. "I resent my reputation is getting completely blasted in the media," she said, although she added that she has met Woods. "Everyone is assuming I came out and said this. This is not a story I have anything to do with."

911 Tape Under Review

The Florida Highway Patrol said tapes of the 911 call reporting the accident outside Woods's house won't be released until after they have been reviewed. "Right now we believe this is a traffic crash," Sgt. Montes said. "We don't believe it is a domestic issue."

Woods's agent, Mark Steinberg, and spokesman, Glenn Greenspan, said there would be no comment beyond the statement posted Friday afternoon on Woods's Web site, which read: "Tiger Woods was in a minor car accident outside his home last night. He was admitted, treated and released today in good condition. We appreciate very much everyone's thoughts and well wishes."

Woods's father-in-law, Swedish radio journalist Thomas Nordegren, told the Associated Press in Stockholm that he would not discuss the accident. "I haven't spoken to [my daughter], Nordegren said in a phone interview. "I don't want to go into that." He later told the Swedish newspaper Expressen he had not talked to Woods "since he got back from the hospital."

Woods's mother-in-law, Barbro Holmberg, also refused to discuss the incident. "She doesn't want to comment on private issues like these," said her spokeswoman.

Woods is set to host the Chevron World Challenge in Thousand Oaks, Calif., starting Thursday, and to appear at a press conference Tuesday at Sherwood Country Club.
