R&B star Ciara has revealed that she is hoping to arrange a duet with Janet Jackson in the future.

The singer confirmed that a project with Jackson is at the top of her wishlist following the success of 'Love Sex Magic', her recent collaboration with Justin Timberlake.

"My dream is to collaborate with Janet Jackson. She was my big idol growing up," Ciara told the Daily Star.

"JJ is amazing and, no matter what, you can't forget what she has contributed to American music. Janet is truly an icon. She was the only person I listened to as a kid, along with her big bro Michael."

DWTS "Single Ladies"

The cast of “Dancing with the Stars” made the zillionth attempt at interpreting Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies” dance on Monday night’s episode. The female dancers mimicked B’s moves, while the male contestants stripped to reveal black leotards and leggings.

Just last week, 100 “Single Ladies” converged on London’s Piccadilly Circus to perform the dance…and who can forget Justin Timberlake’s “SNL” parody?

Who’s got next, the Queen of England?

Dismiss The Case?

Chris Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, told TMZ on Wednesday that he wants the case against his client dismissed because of leaks.

“Leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct,” Geragos told TMZ outside a Los Angeles courtroom.

A new hearing has been scheduled for May 28. Brown currently faces two felony charges on assault and criminal threats.

In related news, a judge ruled that Rihanna’s jewels can go back to their rightful owner after being held as evidence. The pop singer requested that the $1.4 million borrowed goods be returned to the jeweler who loaned them to her for Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party, the same night as her fight with Brown.

Beyoncé Update!

Here are pix and video of Bee arriving in Zagreb, Croatia for her Tour

Beyonce & Jay-Z got cuddly while leaving dinner at the Waverly Inn:

Amid rumors that lead (and only) singer Nicole Scherzinger is set to leave the Pussycat Dolls soon, hence why the group's latest singles are being officially billed as 'Pussycat Dolls (ft. Nicole Scherzinger)', tensions appeared to come to an all-time high during the group's recent show in Phoenix, Arizona.

When it came to Melody's turn to introduce herself to the audience (Melody being the darker skinned member, who can *sang*), the 24 year old proceeded to thank her fans for supporting her, even though she's 'never featured on any songs' (her exact words, not mine) LMAO. Further adding, that she and Ashely Roberts (the long-haired blond, who can also hold a note) were examples of 'never giving up on your dream' and that 'don't let anyone put you down'. My girl sounded heated. This was then followed by Nicole screaming 'say Nicole' several times over. LOL.

Do u like it?” So help Kim out and let her know what you think of her newly lightened do. Tell us: Do you love Kim’s new look or hate it?

Meet Brüno, the latest crazy creation of Sacha Baron Cohen, who puts his best cheeks forward in this poster for his new movie.

Playing a flamboyantly gay Austrian fashionista in a film so outrageous it was initially slapped with an NC-17 rating, Cohen takes on the world of haute couture in Brüno, his follow-up to Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. The mockumentary opens July 10.

Four jewelers who lent Rihanna approximately $1 million worth of accessories the night of her alleged beating by Chris Brown want their bling back.

Since late March, Rihanna, 21, has been trying to recover the borrowed jewelry from the LAPD, who took the items into evidence in their investigation.

"Since there appears to be no evidentiary value to the continued holding of this jewelry ... we respectfully [ask] the court to order the return of this property to [Rihanna] without further delay," her lawyer Donald Etra wrote in a court request filed earlier this week.

The items were described as two yellow metal hoop earrings with white stones; one yellow metal ring with white stones and green stones; and two yellow metal rings with white stones.

"If the DA doesn't need the items, and the LAPD doesn't need the items, there's no reason why they shouldn't be returned," Etra tells PEOPLE.

A source adds that Rihanna also borrowed a Gucci dress for the Feb. 7 Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Party she attended, which also has not been returned.

Etra states in the documents that the owners of the jewelry were going to hold Rihanna liable if the accessories weren't returned, with the total cost and damages related to their late return as more than $1.4 million.

According to the court papers, the LAPD detective on the case referred Etra to the prosecutor on the case, who apparently has not responded to requests for the jewelry's return.

"At this stage, we're not even sure what evidence is going to be entered into the case," DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons tells PEOPLE. "For now, we don't have any further comment on this matter."

The LAPD also declined to comment.

Brown, who has pleaded not guilty to two felony charges, has a court date of April 29.

Beatrice Arthur, the larger-than-life actress who scored on Broadway as the original matchmaker in Fiddler on the Roof and the hard-drinking actress in Mame before she went on to star in the groundbreaking '70s TV series Maude and, in the '80s, the beloved sitcom The Golden Girls, died early Saturday morning. She was 86.

Dan Watt, a spokesman for Arthur's family, told the Associated Press that the star had been suffering with cancer, though he did not specify what kind. She died peacefully at her Los Angeles home with her family by her side, said Watt, who remembered Arthur as "a brilliant and witty woman."

Maude, which debuted on CBS in 1972 (and ran until 1978) was a spin-off of the hit All in the Family. As the liberal cousin of archconservative Archie Bunker's wife Edith, the much-married Maude wasn't afraid to broach such controversial (especially for TV at the time) topics as abortion and civil rights.

Golden Girls, a popular NBC Saturday-night staple from 1985 to 1992, featured Arthur as the outspoken Dorothy Zbornak, who shared a Florida home with three other retired women, including her mother, played by Estelle Getty – who died last July, at 84. The other stars were Rue McClanahan and Betty White.

New York Origins
Born Bernice Frankel in New York City but raised in Maryland, where her parents ran a women's clothing store, Arthur debuted on the Off Broadway stage in New York in the 1940s, with her Broadway musical triumphs – though her singing voice was deep and scratchy – in the mid-'60s.

Married and divorced twice, Arthur took her stage name (in part) from her first husband, the screenwriter, director and producer Robert Alan Aurthur, whose credits include the Bob Fosse film All That Jazz. With second husband, Mame director Gene Saks, she adopted two sons, Matthew, 47, and Daniel, 44. They survive her.

Of her powerful stage and TV persona, which often found her cast in the same sort of role, Arthur once said, "Look – I'm 5-feet-9, I have a deep voice and I have a way with a line. What can I do about it? I can't stay home waiting for something different. I think it's a total waste of energy worrying about typecasting."

Jennifer Lopez says her 14-month-old daughter Emme has some divalike tendencies – and guess where she learned them?

"We call her Emme-tude because we're like, 'She's giving us Emme-tude right now,' " Lopez, 39, tells Rachael Ray in an interview scheduled to air on her talk show Friday. "She gets that from her dad. I'm kidding – she gets it from me."

As for twin son, Max, Lopez says she and husband Marc Anthony think he also favors his mother in some ways. "Me and Marc are always claiming he's got my head and he's got my mouth," she says.

"You want it all to be you," Lopez says, adding, [Emme's] got my little body." "That's the nature of who we are; we can't help it. We're both trying to steal it all."

One thing Lopez enjoys most, she says, is perceiving the unique qualities of each child. "They're very different," she says. "You can really see it, even from when they're really young."

How would she describe Max? "He's more like the visceral boy – running, knocking things down, eating," Lopez says.

And Emme?

"She takes a step and stops and picks things up and she's like 'I don't know, maybe I'll eat this.' … She’s really kind of indecisive but at the same time very precise."

Ever doting, Lopez says she made a big to-do about the kids' first birthday in February. "We did it in my backyard in L.A.," she says. "We had a BBQ/carnival type thing. Nothing like Mommy Dearest ... It was more just like we had snow cones and a little jumpy."

"They had the best time at their birthday party," she says. "I didn't think a 1-year-old could have fun at a birthday party. But they did; they loved it. I think I did a good job, and they’re going to remember."
