Although a long holiday weekend is right around the corner, Britney Spears is getting to work promoting her upcoming album, Circus, in Europe.
The singer boarded a flight from Los Angeles to Frankfurt, Germany on Monday for several appearances in support of the album, which is scheduled to be released Dec. 2.
Spears is traveling with several close associates and family members, including her father, Jamie, and manager Larry Rudolph. According to an eyewitness, the singer – dressed in a brown fedora, black sweatpants and a pink top – jumped out of her white Cadillac Escalade smiling and holding her dad's hand at the airport.
After a short time in Germany, Spears is expected to appear on the French program, Star Academy, and on Simon Cowell's X Factor in England before returning to the U.S. next week. She is scheduled to go on a worldwide tour in the spring of next year.
Spears's candid new MTV documentary, Britney: For the Record, airs Nov. 30.

The 19-year-old crooner says the Material Girl would be his dream duet for a track on his upcoming CD "Graffiti," which is due out next year. He says he'd also love to work with Coldplay. He's collaborated with Jordin Sparks, David Banner and girlfriend Rihanna in the past.
Brown predicts that "Graffiti" will be a bigger project for him. Speaking from the red carpet at the American Music Awards, the platinum-selling R&B star said: "It's going to be my stepping stone from Chris Brown to superstar."
If he's not there yet, he's close. Brown took home the most trophies at the Sunday awards show: He won artist of the year, favorite pop-rock and soul-R&B male artist while his gal pal Rihanna won favorite pop-rock and soul-R&B female artist awards.
This will definitely be a Good Look. This collaboration would be the most unique collabo in a while. Not sure if Madonna would do this, but you never know with her. I mean she did do Britney! And if she can do Justin Chris in my book isn't too far off. What are your thoughts?

It's hard to believe last night was the finale for America's Next Top Model Cycle 11! Time flies when you're having fun. We were down to the final three: Analeigh, Samantha and McKey and we've got to be honest - at the beginning of Cycle 11, these were not the three we had picked to make it to the finale. That being said, watching their skills mature throughout the season was inspiring.
"Oh my God, I just won America's Next Top Model and I can't believe it!" McKey said after being crowned the reality competition series' eleventh-season champ during last night's finale broadcast on The CW.
"I was not the little girl who said 'I wanna grow up and be a model.' I was very much the tomboy. I was hardcore into soccer, so I got started in modeling when I was 15-years-old and I put all my energy, all my competitiveness into modeling and it's something I've wanted so bad and it just didn't happen," McKey continued. "This was the last thing for me. I was gonna try out for America's Next Top Model and that was going to be it. I made the show and it was the best thing for me. It made me realize that maybe this was something that really can happen."
As Top Model's eleventh-season winner, McKey receives a management deal with Elite Model Management, a $100,000 contract with cosmetics company CoverGirl, and a cover story and six-page fashion spread in an issue of Seventeen magazine.
"Now I'm America's Next Top Model, and from here this is the beginning, I'm gonna get to keep going. I'm gonna get to keep rising and keep channeling my energy into stuff. It's just a dream come true," she added.
Samantha Potter, an 18-year-old student athlete from Woodland Hills, CA, finished as the season's runner-up.

In Japan Today, Janet Jackson, 42, will tour Japan from Feb 14, it was announced Wednesday. It will be her first tour of Japan since 2002. Jackson will perform in Saitama, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka from Feb 14 to 22 respectively.
This is a good look for Jan, hopefully this will shut up the haters, and it's nice that she is going over-seas to see her international fans. Good Luck Jan!
