LaBeouf was trying to make a left turn at an intersection in West Hollywood around 3am when his pick-up collided with another vehicle, rolling the truck over, said Sgt Scott Wolf, of the Los Angeles County Sheriff. The 22-year-old actor was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre and was being treated for injuries to his left hand and a knee, as well as a minor head injury, Sgt Wolf said. Melissa Kates, a publicist for the actor, said LaBeouf underwent hand surgery and plans to return to work within a month, but made no further comment. SAYIT!!!

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's custody settlement was signed Friday by a judge, officially ending their nearly two-year custody battle.

In the deal reached last week, Federline retained sole custody of Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2. Spears – who is currently allowed two visits and one overnight per week – will get an additional sleepover by year's end, barring any setbacks.

"She's thrilled," the pop star's attorney Laura Wasser told PEOPLE. "To have more time with her kids has been her motivation to get well. In light of her outstanding conservatorship, she couldn't have asked for anything more."

Spears also agreed to increase Federline's child support to $20,000 a month (a $5,000 increase) and pay off his $250,000 legal tab. Documents show the child support increase went into effect on July 15, and that Spears's father, who remains in legal control of her affairs until a July 31 hearing, approved of the settlement terms.

"This has been a long ordeal [for Kevin] and for it to be over makes him very happy," his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan previously said.

Legal experts say the former couple will undoubtedly return to court in the future, since custody settlements can always be modified. What are your thoughts? SAYIT!!!

Fish pedicures are creating something of a splash in the D.C. area, where a northern Virginia spa has been offering them for the past four months. John Ho, who runs the Yvonne Hair and Nails salon with his wife, Yvonne Le, said 5,000 people have taken the plunge so far.

"This is a good treatment for everyone who likes to have nice feet," Ho said.

He said he wanted to come up with something unique while finding a replacement for pedicures that use razors to scrape off dead skin. The razors have fallen out of favor with state regulators because of concerns about whether they're sanitary.

Ho was skeptical at first about the fish, which are called garra rufa but typically known as doctor fish. They were first used in Turkey and have become popular in some Asian countries.

But Ho doubted they would thrive in the warm water needed for a comfortable foot bath. And he didn't know if customers would like the idea. Ummmm really? I'm not sure if this is a gimmick or if it really works but this is a little too much for me. If you have had this type of foot spa please shed some light on this and leave a comment please. Kelly Rowland has said she would like to collaborate with UK singer-songwriter Kate Nash.

The former Destiny's Child star also claimed that she is interested in working with Alphabeat, The Script and Guillemots.

"I definitely want a new sound so I am jamming in the studio with amazing musicians who just love music," she told the Daily Star.

"I've asked The Script to do a duet and The Guillemots have given me one of their tracks to listen to."

She continued: "I would love to do something with them or Alphabeat, and Kate Nash is dope."

Rowland also revealed that she is hoping her third LP will be "deeper" and more "inspiring" than her first two solo albums. I'm glad to here that Ms. Rowland is gearing up for her third LP.

Hit-maker Timbaland recently sat down with MTV to speak about the follow up to his 2007 LP 'Shock Value', which is aptly titled 'Shock Value 2'. Beyonce, Rihanna and Jay-Z are just some of the big names the super-producer has lined up to appear on the album:

"Shock Value is really like the Now [That's What I Call Music!] compilation," he said. "That's my goal for this — not [to showcase] me as an artist. Of course I'll do my little part, introduce some people. It gives me room to go tour across the world. People request me. I put on a show. I put on a musical show.

"Right now, I have a song with Madonna that I didn't put on her album. I saved [it] in case I wanna do one for me," he revealed. "Of course I'm do one with Beyoncé. Of course I'm gonna do one with Jordin Sparks, Rihanna. It's a lot of people. I'm gonna do one with Jonas Brothers. I'm try to have 10 major ones."

On the hip-hop side, Timbo said he's looking at T.I., already has T-Pain and expects Jay-Z. "Jay was really on the last one, but he wanted to change [the song]," he said. "I said, 'Look, man, I gotta put out an album. You're killing me.' "

If Timb was smart he would have Bee & Ri-Ri on the same joint kinda like ("Scream" Nicole & Keri Hilson) That would be AMAZING and would sell like crazy, especially with a video.
