The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating an assault that went down between Sharon Osbourne and Megan Hauserman, a contestant on the VH1 reality show Rock of Love: Charm School.

Megan claims the matriarch of reality TV’s First Family, who host the celebreality spinoff, attacked her during a taping of the show’s reunion special Saturday night.

Sharon, 56, is being investigated by police for allegedly attacking the Playboy model, who called husband Ozzy “brain dead.”

Megan is reported to have told Sharon she was only famous “for managing a brain dead rock star.”

It is alleged that Sharon then ran across the stage, grabbed Megan by the hair and scratched her until the pair were separated by security.

Megan was hospitalized and later filed a report with police.

According to TMZ, police say Sharon is a suspect in a “minor battery,” but no charges have been filed.

Being a avid watcher of "Run's House" I think I will check this show out to see what it's about. Will you be watching?

Looks like the checks have not stopped coming in, and all the fights and carrying on has emerged into another show for the ATL Housewives again:

Prepare for more drama between NeNe and Kim! Bravo just revealed to EW.com exclusively that the network has picked up season 2 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. It’s no surprise, really, considering that the Atlanta edition of Real Housewives was the franchise’s most successful. Far above and beyond the New York and franchise-original Orange County editions, The Real Housewives of Atlanta was the network’s first docu-drama ever to crack 2 million viewers in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demo for one episode. Overall, the series averaged 1.5 million viewers, and the reunion special reached even higher heights, becoming the highest-rated Real Housewives telecast ever with 2.8 million viewers. No word yet on when season 2 will premiere or if all five ladies will be returning, but we’ll keep you posted with any details we uncover.

NeNe will be on the season 2, she is the bread winner now that her old man, “Gankin” Greg Leakes, is on the lam. You know he was hurting for a check or two from that ex stripper. On a brighter note, we would like to congratulate NeNe for becoming the new, Flavor Flav/New York, of reality TV. Congrats NeNe!

In a new interview with EURweb, producer Jimmy Jam, while speaking about the upcoming reunion album with The Time, said that he would like to work with Janet again:

Jam also spoke about another reunion - one with his good friend Janet Jackson. Jackson, who'd worked with the team of Jam & Lewis for over two decades, but for her 2008 "Discipline" disc, Jackson chose not to have the duo contribute, a choice some fans and industry-ites thought unwise. However, Jam shrugged it off.

"We're not perfect," he said of the Jam & Lewis team. "We don't always make the right decisions. We've done records in our time, luckily not many, but we've done some that weren't the best records to do. We went into all the records with good intentions though. You don't go into it saying, 'Ooh, I'm going to make a bad record.' You go in to make a great record. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We had mad records together for 20 years and she decided to go a different direction and I applaud her for it. I want to see her successful in whatever she does."

Jam said that Jackson certainly doesn't need to do anything; that a new project with them would simply be a want, as is with both the pending and possible discs.

"I think she's anxious to do some work. And [The Time] is back together because we want to be together, not because we need to be together," he said. "If we collaborate with Janet again, and by the way, I never thought that we wouldn't collaborate again. Just because you work with another producer or decide to go the other way, that that closes the door of the possibility. We want to work with her and I think she wants to work with us and if that all happens, then that's what we're going to do."

There's nothing conventional about Rahsaan Patterson. The one-time 'Kids Incorporated' star turned soul wunderkind has always shunned being defined by categories and taking the conformist approach to music. So it's no wonder that 34-year-old's first holiday album, 'The Ultimate Gift' (Artistry Music) isn't your traditional holiday CD. Instead of presenting the expected – you know, Nat King Cole's 'The Christmas Song' and The Temptations' 'Silent Night' – Patterson serves a marriage of psychedelic soul and authentic R&B offerings with his original Christmas tunes.

On songs like 'Holiday,' 'This Is The Season,' 'Peace and Joy,' 'That First Christmas' 'Angels' and the title track; Patterson, who has penned hits for the likes of Brandy, Tevin Campbell, Lalah Hathaway, Shanice and Ray J shows off his writing ability on those fresh holiday numbers.

The New York City native, who now resides in Los Angeles, puts his funky stamp on classics like 'Little Drummer Boy' and 'What Christmas Means To Me,' and even delivers an interpretation of Paul McCartney's 'Wonderful Christmastime.'
The track 'Christmas At My House' may be familiar to some, as the tune was first introduced in 1999 on the MCA Records compilation 'My Christmas Album' that featured Patti LaBelle, Avant, Chante Moore, K-Ci & JoJo and others.
Patterson's revamped version of the song has more of an 80's dance feel to it and by the end evolves into a club-ready dance track.

The holiday disc is capped off by original cover art adapted by a painting of Patterson by artist Paul Moschell.
To promote 'The Ultimate Gift,' Patterson recently spent several days in Dallas, Texas.
He appeared on syndicated radio shows like the 'Tom Joyner Morning Show' and 'The Ride with Doug and DeDe' while in the market, and even participated in the Radio One Holiday Toy Drive with KBFM The Beat and 94.5 K Soul.
Radio talent DeDe McGuire hosted a spectacular Christmas party for the singer at her Plato, Texas home, where a who's who of Dallas tastemakers and radio professionals came out to party and dine on a delectable meal made by Chef Yaga.

The singer, who recently won a BET J Virtual Award for "Best Underground Artist," even stopped into Dallas' Prophet Bar and joined in with a local band to perform a couple of his songs.
Patterson's 'The Ultimate Gift' is in stores now. Be sure to add it to your holiday music collection.

It's no 'Independence Day' or 'War of the Worlds', but it did the same thing those two films accomplished, which is take over the box office as 'The Day The Earth Stood Still' landed at the number one spot with $31 million dollars from 3,560 theaters. With Keanu Reeves, Jennifer Connelly, and Jaden Smith in the cast, the film was expected to do well despite receiving mostly negative reviews.

Dropping down to second place but still doing well was 'Four Christmases' with $13.3 million dollars. The Reese Witherspoon - Vince Vaughn comedy has grossed a total of $88 millon dollars in less than three weeks. The Vampire film 'Twilight' came in third place with $8 million dollars and a total cume of $150 M. It was announced recently that Chris Weitz ('American Pie', 'The Golden Compass') will be directing the sequel, 'New Moon'.

It may have started slower than it other animated films in the past, but Disney's Bolt keeps bringing in the kids to the theaters, landing in fourth place with $7.5 million and taking in a total of $88 million dollars so far. Rounding out the top five was 'Australia', which stars Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman, with $4 million. The film has a disappointing gross of $37 million dollars.

Meanwhile, 'Nothing Like The Holidays', which has John Leguizamo and Freddy Rodriguez in the cast, took in $3.5 million dollars from 1671 theaters.

Watch as President George W. Bush ducks two shoes thrown at him by an Iraqi reporter during a press conference in the Iraqi prime minister’s office to mark the signing of a security agreement.

“This is the farewell kiss, you dog,” the man shouted in Arabic.

Bush wasn’t hit, and announced “I’m okay” after the incident. He added, “All I can report is it is a size 10.”

ACCORDING TO CNN, Hurling shoes at someone, or sitting so that the bottom of a shoe faces another person, is considered an insult among Muslims.

What I would like to know is, where were the secret service at? Was it me or did they take a min to come to the presidents aid? The reporter was able to throw 2 shoes at the president. LOL Wow

Jennifer Hudson's sister, Julia, celebrated turning 31 on Oct. 23 with cake and a small party at home.

The next morning, police say, Julia's estranged husband William Balfour – booted last February from the house on Chicago's South Side where they lived with Julia's mother and 7-year-old son – showed up and spotted a gift he believed came from another man.

That jealousy is the motive that led Balfour, 27, to return to the house after Julia had left for work and shoot her mother Darnell Donerson, 57, Jennifer's brother Jason, 29, then take Julia's son, 7-year-old Julian King, and later kill him as well, prosecutors allege.

Jennifer and other Hudson family members were "relieved and happy" after Balfour was charged Dec. 2 with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion, Chicago Police Deputy Superintendent Steve Patterson has said. Those family members assisted "every step of the way under very stressful and painful circumstances," adds police Superintendent Jody Weis.

Balfour's attorney Joshua Kutnick says the stormy relationship between Balfour and Julia Hudson makes his client a convenient target.

"We are extremely confident that once all of the evidence has come to light and has been tested by our vigorous analysis of the case, that William will be found not guilty," Kutnick said after a judge ordered Balfour held without bail.

A Growing Tension
But the revelation that gunpowder residue turned up in Balfour's green Chrysler "is indicative that he fired a handgun," Cook County Assistant State's Attorney LuAnn Snow says. "So yes, indeed, there is physical evidence."

In detailing their case against Balfour, prosecutors described a growing tension between Balfour and Julia Hudson.

In early October, Balfour confronted Julia at her workplace. He accused her of dating another man and threatened her family if she continued, Cook County Assistant State's Attorney LuAnn Snow said during the bail hearing.

Julia dismissed him because Balfour hadn't acted on earlier threats to her family, Snow told Cook County Circuit Judge Raymond Myles.

Morning of Murders
On the morning of the murders, Balfour went to the Hudson home in Chicago's struggling Englewood neighborhood, where Jennifer grew up singing in the church choir, and where her success and Oscar win are a source of community pride.

That's where Balfour saw the birthday gift that he attributed to Julia's alleged boyfriend and warned her again, Snow said.

Both left around 8:10 a.m., when Julia went to work as the three victims slept.

Balfour told detectives he went home on the train using a public transit card. But the card wasn't used that day, Snow said, and Balfour didn't turn up on security video taken at the train station. Instead, cell phone records place him near the Hudson house until about 9 a.m., by which time authorities say both Donerson and Jason Hudson had been killed. Donerson was shot in the living room. Jason was shot while still in bed.

Forensic Evidence
Balfour moved his own car from the home before driving away in Jason's white Chevrolet Suburban with Julian inside, Snow said.

The timing of Julian King's death is still in question – his body was found three days later in the back seat of Jason's missing SUV, parked on a west side street several miles away – but police believe Julian was shot in the vehicle the same day as the first two murders.

Forensics tests later matched a .45 caliber handgun found in an alley near the parked Suburban with shell casings found at the house. And prosecutors said the gun belonging to Jason Hudson had been stolen by Balfour last summer and seen by Balfour's girlfriend, to whom they say he admitted his role in Donerson's and Jason Hudson's deaths.

A "Viable Case"
Balfour has been in custody since the day of the murders. He subsequently was transferred to a state prison for a suspected parole violation – he served seven years on a 1999 conviction for attempted murder and carjacking – and was returned to police custody after his arrest in the Hudson slayings.

"At this time," said police Deputy Superintendent Peterson, "it doesn't appear that anyone else was involved."

"He's not confessed to these crimes," said police Superintendent Weis. He added, "You never know how a jury is going to decide cases, so whenever you go to trial, it is somewhat a roll of the dice. But I am confident that the evidence has been collected, the testimony that's been secured is strong, and I think we can make a very viable case in court."

Will "I Am" 2

WILL Smith has sequel fever. The box-office magnet is in talks to finalize follow-ups to both "Hancock" and "I Am Legend." A Hollywood insider said, "He is ready to do both. Producers are just trying to get Charlize Theron to sign on for the 'Hancock' sequel." As for "I Am Legend," it will be more of a prequel as Smith's character died at the end of the zombies-take-Manhattan movie. "It will be about how the disease spreads and the fall of the last great American city. It will also develop the relationship between Will's character and his wife." A rep for Smith said, "There have been talks about both of these projects."

Phylicia Rashad is the latest actress to be tapped as a spokeswoman for Jenny Craig.

"Jenny Craig confirms a new relationship with Phylicia Rashad," says a spokesperson for the company. "We look forward to sharing the details at a press conference in late January."

Rashad, who is best know for her role as the loveable, wise Clair Huxtable on The Cosby Show, joins the ranks of stars such as Queen Latifah, Kirstie Alley and Valerie Bertinelli who have all been spokeswomen for Jenny Craig.

Earlier this week, Rashad, 60, was nominated for a Golden Globe for outstanding lead actress in miniseries for her role in Raisin in the Sun.

The internationally renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (AAADT) turned 50 years old this year. Last week, the troupe opened its annual month-long run at New York City Center with a star-studded fete attended by the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Rev. Jesse Jackson, Tiki Barber, Al Roker and Andre Leon Talley.

"Dance speaks to everyone.... And when Alvin Ailey spoke of the human spirit through dance, people listened – with their hearts and with their minds," Winfrey, a longtime supporter of the company, said.

She's not the only one heralding the company's efforts; New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg proclaimed Dec. 4 "Alvin Ailey Day" in New York and the state's Governor David A. Paterson honored the company, while the United States Congress has considers it "the nation's cultural ambassador to the world."

It has been a long and storied journey since their humble beginnings at the 92nd Street Y in New York City, breaking ground as an innovative marvel in modern dance mixing African expression, ballet and live contemporary music.

And 50 years later, the troupe is showing no signs of slowing down.

Judith Jamison, Ailey's protégé and successor, has plans to move on as the company's Artistic Director in 2011, but the show must go on.

A variety of 36 ballets, including world premieres, new productions, special anniversary programs, and live music celebrations are on tap for the new season.

In celebration of this golden anniversary, a special documentary film -- produced and directed by Amanda Rogers and Stephen Mann -- chronicling the jubilant journey of Mr. Ailey – who died 19 years ago – and the many dancers and choreographers who came along the way is being screened as a prologue before select performances for the City Center run.

Other highlights include:

-- The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and Wynton Marsalis is set to accompany six performances of Mr. Ailey's own choreography to the repertoire of late music maestro Duke Ellington.

--'Go in Grace,' a new work by company dancer Hope Boykin, will be accompanied by the Grammy Award winning female a cappella group Sweet Honey in the Rock live onstage. The 30-minute ballet chronicles the familial path of a middle class couple and the rearing of their son and their daughter – narrated through the all natural sound and song of community elders.

-- Live music accompaniment during eight performances of the troupe's most seminal work, 'Revelations,' which is a tour-de-force paying homage to the roots of southern black culture juxtaposed with soul stirring gospel standards and negro spirituals.

Alvin Ailey's holiday season run at the City Center serves as the official season opener for the company, which will continue over the next year with International and U.S. performances in 50 cities.

And the elaborate celebration of dance has extended into commemorative merchandise, including Hallmark Ailey greeting cards, the Ailey/Celebration Calendar, the Ailey Barbie Doll, the Ailey Movado Museum Time Piece, and 'A Young Dancer: The Life of an Ailey Student,' a children's book by Valerie Gladstone and Jose Ivey.

January 20th is clearly President-elect Barack Obama’s big day — but come inauguration night, all eyes will surely be on his stylish wife, Michelle Obama. Designer Kai Milla — who’s dressed stars from Oprah Winfrey to Petra Nemcova — created her new Inaugural 2009 collection with the sartorially savvy future First Lady in mind, and can’t wait to see what she wears on inauguration night. “The designs are elegant yet provocative, demure yet flirty, and perpetually flattering,” Milla says. “Mrs. Obama has a style the modern woman can relate to, this timeless appeal, and I think that’s something a lot of women are attracted to. We all have families and kids, and we need pieces that are wearable.” Come inauguration night, Milla, who met Mrs. Obama at the DNC this summer, would love to see the future First Lady in a jewel-toned gown that highlights her fantastic figure. “Her tall frame is a designer’s dream,” she says. “She can do an off-the-shoulder look, or even a backless dress. I would love to see her in a structured silhouette.” As for the next four years, Milla invokes the name of another famously fashion forward First Lady when she discusses the future of fashion in the White House. “I’m really excited to see the incredible style Mrs. Obama will bring. I think she’ll be the Jackie O. of her era — definitely a trend-setter.” – Kristen Mascia

"Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center. We appreciate your respect to her and her family's privacy at this time," the actress's rep Jack Ketsoyan tells PEOPLE.

The rep would not reveal what Reid, 33, is being treated for.

A friend of the troubled actress says she headed to the treatment facility on Tuesday.

"Her friends and family are supportive of her decision," says the friend. "She checked in herself – it was her decision."

It is unclear if Reid, who launched the fashion line Mantra in September, will spend the holidays at Promises.

In an interview in October, Reid told PEOPLE she was a "social drinker" who enjoyed an occasional glass of wine with friends.

Asked if she was ever tempted to fall back into old habits, the actress said: "No. I've done it. Trust me. I've done enough for a lifetime of everything. I've had a great time. I partied. I had fun. I ate and drank whatever. I dated a million guys, but I'm so happy with where I'm at right now. I don't need to do anything anymore."
