A Good Look: Ciara Honored At 3rd Annual Billboard Women in Music Breakfast

Colbie Caillet, Deborah Harry and Ciara attend the 3rd Annual Billboard Women in Music Breakfast at the St. Regis Hotel on October 24, 2008 in New York City.
Ciara received the Woman Of The Year Award, which honored her success as a recording artist and leadership in embracing the changing music scene. Other honorees included, singers: Colbie Callait and Debbie Harris. Ciara also turned 23 yesterday, so Happy Belated Birthday to her!
