Jaimee Foxworth is dealing with some family matters.
The former child star of the hit 1990s ABC sitcom, 'Family Matters,' is five months pregnant by her longtime boyfriend.
After many ups and down – including a stint as an adult film star – the 29-year-old Illinois native recently appeared on the hit VH1 reality show, 'Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.'
"I haven't been this happy in years," she told 'People' magazine. "I am excited about what the future holds for us."
2009 will not only bring the joy of a newborn child for the former drug abuser, she is working on a memoir, a hip-hop album and her very own reality show.
"Being sober has opened my eyes to a whole new world," she says. "I've been through a lot of pain in the past and I never really wanted a child until recently. I now look forward to years of joy to share with my child."

Rumours JENNIFER LOPEZ and MARC ANTHONY's marriage is on the rocks refuse to go away - a new report predicts the pair will split shortly after Valentine's Day (14Feb09).
The singer/actress sparked speculation of a pending divorce after she was photographed without her wedding ring at a film premiere in December (08) - weeks after the couple renewed their wedding vows in a secret Las Vegas ceremony in October (08).
And although the couple's spokesperson recently declared the pair are "doing great" in an official statement, the New York Daily News has reported a split announcement is imminent.
A source tells the publication, "Marc and Jennifer are planning on announcing their divorce right after Marc's show at Madison Square Garden on February 14.
"Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet. Things haven't been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell... They're definitely planning a clean break in February."

In his latest nod to our nation's powerful early history, president-elect Barack Obama has chosen to take the oath of office, to uphold the United States Constitution, using the same bible the Abraham Lincoln used when he was sworn in on March 4, 1861.
According to the Library of Congress, the Lincoln Inaugural Bible has not been used in any other inauguration. It is a powerful symbol of Lincoln's strength and wisdom during a time when the survival of the United States of America was at stake.
Following the lead of seven states in the lower South [ ] the slave states of the upper South were threatening to secede from the Union. Amid fears of assassination, the president-elect had secretly arrived in Washington on Feb. 23, 1861.
To view the Lincoln Inaugural Bible today is to conjure up the remarkable scene which unfolded on the East Front of the Capitol almost 147 years ago. The oath of office was administered by Chief Justice Roger Brooke Taney, then 84 years old. As the author of the infamous "Dred Scott" decision of 1857, which held in part that Congress did not have the power to abolish slavery in the territories, Taney was clearly no friend to Lincoln or the cause of emancipation. In the Inaugural Address which followed, President Lincoln appealed to his countrymen to follow "the better angels of our nature." Source
The Lincoln Bible is part of the rare book and special collections at the Library of Congress in Washington. Clark Evans heads one of the sections there. "There is a palpable connection between Mr. Lincoln the great emancipator and having this Bible used by our first African American president," he said.
The Bible was purchased for Lincoln's first inauguration in 1861 by a clerk of the US Supreme Court. The court's seal authenticates its historic use. Evans says the Bible is not usually exhibited, except on special occasions like this.
Evan stated, "One of the beauties of the timing of this inauguration is that just a few weeks after is the bicentennial, the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth." Source
When Barack Obama is sworn in, 146 years after the Emancipation Proclamation went into effect on January 1, 1863, the weight of our nation and much of the world will settle fully on his shoulders. I believe that objects hold energy and that history holds solutions and strategies to address contemporary problems and dilemmas. In my opinion, Obama's decision to use Lincoln's bible is an inspired one.

My friend over @ TheYBF.com has just learned from the horse’s mouth that “House Of Payne” actor and Top Model/”Young & The Restless” actress Eva Marcille just got engaged! We’re told Lance popped the question Christmas Eve and of course–no date has been set just yet. And who wouldn’t say yes to a man who looks like this? The two have been a couple for an eternity (by Hollywood standards) and they’re one of our faves. I know Eva the Diva loved that Christmas surprise. Congrats to Lance and Eva!

The one and only Eartha Kitt has passed away.
A family friend of the sultry entertainment legend has confirmed that she died of colon cancer today.
According to Patty Freedman, Kitt, who's biggest hit was the sexy, yuletide ballad, 'Santa Baby,' was recently treated at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.
She was 81.
Her definitive version of the saucy tune, which was covered by the likes of Madonna, Freda Payne, The Pussycat Dolls and Rupaul, was certified gold last week.
A self-proclaimed "sex kitten" famous for her catlike purr, Kitt was one of America's most versatile performers, winning two Emmy Awards and being nominated for Tony and Grammy Awards.
The North, South Carolina native, born Eartha Mae Keith, played Catwoman in the 1960s television series 'Batman,' before being blacklisted after making anti-war statements during a White House luncheon hosted by First Lady Lady Bird Johnson.
"The thing that hurts, that became anger, was when I realized that if you tell the truth - in a country that says you're entitled to tell the truth - you get your face slapped and you get put out of work," Kitt said about the incident years later in an interview with 'Essence' magazine.
On the Broadway stage, she made her debut in 1945 in 'Bal Negre.' 32 years later, she was still going strong; with the all-star musical 'Timbuktu.' She received high marks for her role in the 2000 revival of 'The Wild Party.'
Her other Broadway credits include 'Shinbone Alley,' 'Jolly's Progress' and 'Nine.'
In the 1992 hit movie, Kitt played a most memorable role as Lady Eloise -- a rich business tycoon who has a sexual tryst with the movie's main character, played by Eddie Murphy.
Most recently, she appeared in the independent films, 'Preaching to the Choir' --alongside Patti LaBelle, Tim Reid, and Tichina Arnold – and the romantic comedy called 'And Then Came Love' – starring Vanessa Williams, Michael Boatman, and Ben Vereen.
The author of three memoirs, Kitt is survived by her daughter, Kitt Shapiro, and two grandchildren.

Sometimes an official, through no fault of his own, will get caught up in the middle of a play and inadvertently make contact with a player. Sometimes an official just feels like making a tackle. Sometimes an official is concerned that a player has been programmed to kill the Queen of England and is forced to take matters into his own hands.

Bridget Marquardt may have lived in the Playboy Mansion with Kendra Wilkinson, but she hardly recognizes her former housemate – and The Girls Next Door castmate – anymore. And that's not a bad thing.
"She's doing amazing, she's so in love," Marquardt, 35, said of Wilkinson, 23, who recently became engaged to NFL player Hank Baskett. "She's changed so much. She's not even the same person. I mean, she is the same, but she's different. I love the old Kendra and I love the new Kendra."
What is the "new Kendra"? "She's a lot more timely. She doesn't flash anymore. She's a lot more conservative. She's so in love," Marquardt tells PEOPLE.
Bridesmaids, All
Like her other housemate Holly Madison, Marquardt will be a bridesmaid at Wilkinson's wedding at the Playboy Mansion.
While her costars both appear to have found love – Madison is dating Criss Angel – Marquardt remains reticent about discussing her own love life.
"I'm just really happy for Holly. She's happy and in love," she says. "And Kendra has found love with a great guy. Hank is the perfect gentleman."

Say It Cover It: Christina Milian Covers Rap-Up Magazine

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's secret wedding in the Bahamas may have surprised fans, but it also caught someone else off guard – one of Cannon's ex-girlfriends.
"I definitely was shocked like everybody else," Christina Milian, who dated her Love Don't Cost a Thing costar in 2005, tells Rap-Up magazine in its Winter 08/09 issue, on newsstands Dec. 30.
"I was like, 'Really?' It just seemed like a weird match," says the singer and actress. “But I was happy for him. I always feel like Nick works hard to get what he wants, whether that be women – that's how he got me."
Milian, 27, who's in the studio working on her upcoming album tentatively titled Dream in Color, says she and Cannon "were so young" when they were together. She hasn't spoken to Cannon since he started dating Carey.
Looking back on their relationship, Milian says she has no ill feelings or regrets.
"He's a beautiful person," she says. "Regardless of what I felt in the past at the time, I actually forgive him and I'm very much over that."
On who inspired her to get back into music:
“I bumped into Janet Jackson at a club. We talked for an hour and I was telling her I don’t know if I’m gonna do this, and she was like, ‘Girl, do not let them stop you. I’m a fan and you make good music.’ She’s a person I actually looked up to growing up, so her telling me that really was the day I was like, ‘I’m not gonna let these people hold me down. It’s time.’”

If RZA had his way, he’d have Rihanna — for his new film. The Wu-Tang Clan kingpin is co-producing a remake of the 1980s fan favorite “The Last Dragon” with Samuel L. Jackson and told MTV News yesterday he’d like the sexy Barbadian songstress to take on the role of video show host/singer Laura Charles. Popular back-in-the-day vamp Vanity originated the role in the 1985 flick, while Taimak tackled the lead character and her romantic interest, Bruce Leroy (a.k.a. Leroy Green).
“That’s the one I’m rooting for,” RZA said of Rihanna. “We’re keeping that same concept of the girl being in the music business.”
RZA explained that several female artists were being looked at for the part, but he thought Rih would be the best choice. He also noted that he and the filmmakers were in the process of finding a new-millennium Bruce Leroy but wouldn’t disclose the identities any of the candidates. (…) “We definitely should be shooting in ‘09.”

Diddy and Kim Porter have had a longtime on-again off-again romance – but the pair celebrated in style together when the music mogul threw an intimate birthday bash for her in West Hollywood Monday.
Nearly 30 guests, including Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery, co-star Sara Ramirez and reality TV's Lisa Gastineau, gathered at Murano Restaurant & Lounge to celebrate Porter's 38th birthday.
Porter – the mother of Diddy's nearly 2-year-old twin girls and 10-year-old son – arrived fashionably late to the restaurant, which was filled festive with red balloons and streamers. The night's soundtrack was a mix of old school 70s R&B prepared by Murano owner Sandy Sachs.
At one point in the evening, a guest tells PEOPLE, "The group serenaded Kim to Stevie Wonder's "Happy Birthday," and then they presented her with a cake."
While Diddy stuck to ginger ale at the party, the other guests sipped on a specialty lemon drop martini made with Ciroc vodka designed for the occasion. A four course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Luciano Sautto was served.
And the group had the whole place to themselves: Although the restaurant is usually closed on Monday, it was open just for the private party, which started at 8:30 p.m. and ended after midnight.
