Hailie tweeted: "What a special weekend filled with love and beautiful memories."
Hilary, 22, wore a strapless mermaid-style dress by renowned wedding gown designer Vera Wang. She was walked down the aisle by her mother Susan Duff and was accompanied by five bridesmaids, including Haylie.
One guest at the wedding agreed with Haylie, saying: "It was one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever seen. Absolutely stunning. They thought of every last detail and it was an incredible sight."
The couple, who started dating in 2007, got engaged in February after Mike, 29, proposed in Hawaii.
The pair exchanged vows at the sprawling Villa La Quinta estate just outside of Santa Barbara, where Hilary walked down a candlelit aisle covered in white roses. They spent their first night as a married couple at the famed San Ysidro Ranch nearby.
According to a source, the couple chose the ranch, where the late American President John F. Kennedy and his wife Jackie spent their honeymoon, for "its sense of old Hollywood glamour and romantic style."
