The Jersey Shore crew go for a stroll. (Bauer Griffin)Compared to their Season 2 wages, this year's salary bump is enormous. Last year they were only getting $10,000 per episode on MTV's hit show. Not that the cast was struggling financially. Members of the house cashed in on lucrative endorsement deals, as well as public speaking offers -- Nicole "Snooki" Polozzi got paid $32,000 to speak at Rutgers University in New Jersey just last month.
Season 3 of Jersey Shore will begin filming in May and is being shot on location in Italy... as if anyone would ever want to be paid a million dollars to live and party in Europe.
