“Where all my beautiful bitches in here?” asked Keri Hilson before performing “Pretty Girl Rock” in front of a roomful of VIPs at last month’s “VEVO Presents: Ne-Yo & Friends” concert in Los Angeles. The blonde babe strutted in high heels while singing the Ne-Yo and Chuck Harmony-produced record from her just released album No Boys Allowed.
