Lauryn Hill (Getty)In April, Hill had hinted during a Los Angeles Club Nokia performance that she might be with child, saying, "I keep having these children. I don't know if I'm the most fertile woman in America. I've got five big children, you believe that? If you ask anybody I went to high school with, they'd be like puzzled. Wait till you hear the big secret though."
Interestingly enough, pregnancy doesn't seemed to have slowed Lauryn's performance schedule in the least. Just this weekend, it was announced that she'd be headlining Northern California's largest hip-hop festival, Rock the Bells, in August.
