Toni Braxton's "Hands Tied" video features the 42-year-old singer giving a sexy strip tease to a bar full of gentleman. The Billie Woodruff-directed clip serves as a great visual to the ballad, which will be released simultaneously with the club-friendly "Make My Heart." Actor Michael Jai White also makes a cameo in the clip and remember that Toni's album, "Pulse," drops May 4th.
