The ad is for Lavazza's A Modo Mio coffee and features Julia as a model who doesn't want to smile -- until she gets a sip of their brand of coffee. Then, voila!, her signature smile comes out and the artist can resume his work.
Wow: She really does have a million dollar smile! And then some!
