Britney Spears announced via Twitter that work has begun on the music video for her hit song "Hold It Against Me." Better still, shooting will start this week with Jonas Akerlund at the helm. Akerlund is the award winning director behind Lady Gaga's "Telephone" and Madonna's "Ray of Light."
On Monday, Spears tweeted, "Dance, dance, and more dance. Getting ready to shoot the video for HIAM this week with Jonas Akerlund. Super excited! - Brit"
In addition to Lady Gaga, Akerlund has done work for Metallica, Christina Aguilera, U2, Blink-182, Rammstein, Smashing Pumpkins and Rihanna.
