No one other then Jay Z!!? A few days ago Ciara had us guessing and wondering on her twitter who the tour was going to be with. We guessed everybody from eminem to 50 cent to black eyed pea’s according to Vegas twitter which states “Come Fourth in Vegas! See Jay-Z and Ciara at Pearl inside the Palms on July 3-4. Make your way to Vegas this summer - What’s Your Excuse?”. Is this correct we’ll find out soon if Ciara will be touring with Jay Z and it should be very interesting!


Hot on the promotional trail for her latest effort 'Fantasy Ride', Ciara stopped by The Tonight Show With Jay Leno a few hours ago to perform current single 'Never Ever'.
