A source told the New York Post that Penn and White, 26, were having drinks at the Grammercy Park Hotel with friends. "They kissed, sat close and ignored everyone," the insider revealed.
The next night they were together again, dining out with Spike Lee and his wife. A source said of White, "She mentioned she was back on with 'her man,' on- and off-camera."
Penn's rep has denied the claims, but we expected as much -- they never admitted to a relationship the first time around, and Sean is notoriously private about his personal life.
Penn split from his wife Robin Wright Penn in August after 13 years of marriage.
