Waka Flocka Flame is a free man. The “No Hands” rapper, who was incarcerated earlier this week on drug, gun, and gang-related charges, was released on bond after spending two nights in a Georgia jail.
Waka’s imprisonment stemmed from a police raid on his Atlanta home on December 16, when officers discovered marijuana, hydrocodone, and a firearm in his residence. Law enforcement agents pegged him with possession of drugs and violation of probation by driving with a suspended license, as well as a violation of Georgia’s “Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act.”
His mother, Debra Antney, criticized the arrest by using some choice words for police. “You put this big thing out there and start scaring sponsors,” she fumed to AllHipHop.com of the arrest’s ramifications. “It was two officers there that let us know and that shit was bullshit!”
