It’s no secret that Chris Brown has a temper — it wouldn’t surprise us if Fox soon found their windows smashed a la Good Morning America. But this time around, the famous planker opted for a more peaceful display of his emotions, responding to a recent thrashing by Fox News’ Laura Ingraham by merely tweeting. The segment went outside of Chris Brown’s jam-packed Today concert asking fans if they think supporting Breezy is “rewarding bad behavior,” going so far as to show pictures of a battered Rihanna to remind fans what the “Real Hip Hop #3″ rapper is capable of. (They were also harsh on Ke$ha.) Watch the segment below, then see Chris’ response.

The segment is definitely worth watching for Laura Ingraham’s disgusted (hilarious) reading of Ke$ha and Chris Brown lyrics:

In our opinion, the clip does raise some valid and interesting points, even if we don’t agree with everything that’s said. Certainly it is true that many fans go into denial when they hear something they don’t like about the celeb they worship. Many of the immodest star’s fans shown here are quick to lay the blame on Rihanna rather than admit to Breezy’s wrongdoing.

The Ke$ha connection was only mildly relevant, however — the $leazy chanteuse may sing about some naughty activities, but she’s never actually hurt anyone the way the segment’s other star did.

Needless to say, Chris Brown wasn’t too happy with the piece, tweeting:

“People really should grow up sometimes! I guess the next story they make up will say “chris brown paid the fans to come! #stopit5 hahaha.. I get it though! They are upset at the fact that the today show actually focuses on talent instead of an almost 3 year old incident! Running bogus and pointless stories don’t matter! My fans prove that everyday and the haters just look old as F**k ! I keep my head high and my middle finger higher! I love team breezy. Let’s just laugh it off cuz they mad. Ahahahahaha.. Fame + Platinum= Fortune! Nobody can take my joy. I have some of the most incredible fans in the world. Goodnight y’all!”

Luckily for Chris, he has at least one fan who fully agrees with him — 50 Cent. The rapper tweeted: “I just saw a clip on FOX news Hating on NBC for having chris brown on unbelievable. I’m never watching that again.” (We never figured 50 Cent was much of a Fox news fan in the first place, but okay.)

So where do you stand? Are Breezy’s fans too quick to dismiss his bad behavior? Or is Fox News out of line and beating a dead horse?
