It was thought that Judge Fox would reprimand her then set bail and a new court date, but looks like the early whisperers didn't quite have the story straight. The troubled star failed 2 drug tests recently, violating her probation, and apparently the judge isn't letting her get away with it. She'll likely be locked up until her October 22 hearing.

(Getty)The hearing today was short and not-so-sweet for the starlet, apparently Judge Fox didn't listen to any argument from the lawyers before making his decision. People are shocked that he denied her bail, especially since her charges were only misdemeanors.
Lindsay was reportedly also stunned by the news, and looked over at her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holly before being taken out of the courtroom. She was escorted away in handcuffs -- and a pair of $1,195 Christian Louboutin shoes.
