It may be on past her bedtime, but that's not going to stop Hollywood prodigy Willow Smith from whipping her hair at Dick Clark's annual New Year's Eve bash.

Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve has revealed its top guests to DIDNTINVITEME, and they include La Roux, Ne-Yo and Natasha Bedingfield, in addition to Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's 10-year-old daughter.

Millions tune in every year to watch the iconic ball drop. Clark, 81, has served as producer and host of the ABC broadcast nearly every New Year's Eve since 1972.
