Apparently the free concert was Katy's idea, and her camp reached out to school officials to set the whole thing up. She'll be performing at the end of the school day, since some of her songs are a little racy, and she's been told to keep her act "school appropriate." (Does that mean no latex outfits?)
Clearly this was a bad day to stay home sick!
